So you have to show that (which I think you can). a couple of issues here. First, because of your love of the status quo, China is already "tariffed" over the 25%. You need to check your stats. Second. How do you tariff a non-registered product (fentanyl?). They still claim they have nothing to do with the fentanyl trade. Of course, you're free to prove it to the UN.
