    I never said it was a scam. I said it was unverified when it was unverified. And it is not a laptop by the way, it is a copy of the hard drive, which was removed from the laptop. It went through the hands of an apple repair person and Rudy Giuliani before it was obtained by the New York Post

    That doesn't negate what I said about the Apple repair guy, Mac Isaac, Giuliani and the NY Post eventually obtaining an alleged copy of the hard drive (which Isaac made). It had also gone through the hands of Republican operatives such as Trump advisor Steve Bannon. So whenever FOX News, the NY Post, etc. were talking about "Hunter Biden's laptop" they really meant a copy of the hard drive.

    Other than the in recent trial, the FBI has not shared or made public the contents of the original laptop.

    Technically that would be a problem, but given the circumstances my guess is the copy is just what they say it is - a copy of the real thing. Why? Because Apple guy has better things to do - he copied it merely to make some cash on the side, not frame Hunter Biden (who he probably never heard of until the drive came in). Guliani is just too stupid to do anything to it - and if he did? It would be so obvious everyone would know right away.

    Curt - I saw photos on twitter that basically covered most of the complaints the GOP has with Hunter - the coke, guns, hookers, etc... There's no reason to defend this dude because voters don't care. Only Fox is up in arms.

    Indy, I don’t have much doubt about the coke, guns, hookers, etc. Hunter wrote about it in his memoir. But I would not assume the copy of the hard drive (a.k.a. Hunter Biden’s laptop), which was handled by Rudy Giuliani, Steve Bannon and other Trump Flunkies was unadulterated.
