Trump, in introducing the senator, said he calls Graham when he’s in “trouble on the left.”

“He doesn’t do too much television,” Trump joked. “He happens to be a little bit further left than some of the people on this stage. But I always say when I’m in trouble on the left, I call up Lindsey Graham and he straightens it out.”

Graham then took to the mic, at which point he was booed loudly during his brief remarks.

    Exactly!

    Thanks for pointing out!

The GOP is the home of openness and inclusion, acceptance, diversity, tolerance and freethinking... EFFINfreethinking...

    ...a boisterous, energetic wide-open tent!!!

    No locksteppin here! Yeeeeeeeeeeeeha!

So, Curt... because you're the SSer who reports on the content of Fox News... and, because you are so keen an observer of the nuance of life among conservatives and among GOPs. Why would fellow GOPs boo Graham!!!!!?

"Why would fellow GOPs boo Graham!!!!!?" ---HtS

Because MAGA is a personality cult. They are not Republican voters as much as they are Trump voters. While Trump can damage the election chances of Republican candidates he's not especially helpful in elevating the chances of Republican candidates. The expected Red Wave of 2022 that didn't happen is evidence of that. Anything less than total servile fealty to Trump is punished in the GOP primaries. However that required obsequiousness is not an admired trait even among MAGA voters. A toady like Graham can attest to that.

The GOP is none of those things, peebs. The fact that you have to keep saying it only makes it more obvious.
