The televisions I included are all top rated. As with most things in life, a bigger size and more features will cost you more. If you are price conscious, place a greater priority on the dollars question. If there are some "must haves" for you, place a greater priority on them. Disclaimer.

3. Plasma or LED (LCD)?

Plasma. Plasma is considered by experts to have better blacks and contrast. The motion blur is minimized. It is better when view from extreme angles.

LED (LCD) sets are considered by experts to be brighter and have superior resolution. They are more energy efficient although the initial cost is more.
