Not many others are gullible enough to believe that Joe Biden will be "jacked up" or "juiced up" on a magical debate performance enhancer drug. He has made the same baseless claim in the past two elections. You'd think he'd come up with a new schtick, but apparently it's not necessary with the MAGA faithfull.
