Then we find out the real crime is the Fox crowd is using surveys to get their "increases". 🙄 So let's go...

Harris says violent crime is down. Trump says it's up. Here's a fact check.

Data shows violent crime rates generally declining since 1990s

Despite the discrepancies between crime surveys and reported crime rates in recent years, Turanovic says both the NCVS and FBI data show similar long-term trends.

"Both tell us that the nation's violent crime rate is substantially lower than it was in the 1990s, that violent crime rates, based on most recent data, are largely on par with where they have been over the past decade, and that there is no evidence that violent crime rates are 'soaring,'" Turnovic said.

If there was any doubt about which side of the law the corpulent recidivist felon is on, read what he said about January 6th. He is on the side of the criminals:

"There were no guns down there, we didn't have guns," Trump continued. "The others had guns, but we didn't have guns..."

So all pretext of Trump's supposed noninvolvement is gone, Trump now says "we" referring to J6 rioters and calls the Capitol police "the others".

Yes, I caught that when he said it. Also don't remember anyone with guns at that event.

Um... "we"???

He's actually joining himself to the insurrectionists, counting himself as one of them.

Indy!, it came out at the Jan 6 Hearings that he was told by security officials before he spoke at the event that people were not going through the metal detectors to go in because they didn't want to lose the various and sundry weapons that they had with them. People were just mulling around outside the event perimeter, waiting for the speech to be over and the march to the Capitol to begin.

Trump's response was to tell them to take down the metal detectors. He didn't care if they had weapons. They weren't there to get him. It was all covered and corroborated by several very credible witnesses. They did not take down the metal detectors.

So yeah, he abso�fucking�lutely knew there were guns down there.

I remember the metal detector brouhaha now that you mention it. I was not really following the J6 thing because I knew it wasn't going anywhere. They're never putting a president in prison - end of story. Not even Trump.
