There've been mutterings on the right about this challenge to Jack Smith's persecution of the Orange Turd.

If you suspect that Politico practices objective journalism, try this:

The claim is a far-fetched bid by Trump to scuttle the case altogether... Cannon’s decision to devote substantial time and resources to the argument is just the latest, and perhaps most blatant, example of her unusual approach. Her management of the case has frustrated the special counsel’s team and prompted critics to accuse her of being in the tank for Trump, who appointed her to the bench during his final year in office.

Cannon’s extensive consideration of even Trump’s most dubious efforts to unravel the case has aided the former president’s strategy to delay his prosecutions until after the 2020 election.

Ain't the progressive SwampDem media cute?

Keehee, ha, ahhhhhhhhhhh!

So we can toss Robert Hur’s investigation of Biden and Weiss’s conviction of Hunter.

I'm pretty sure that the Doddering Old Fool's string-pullers are willing to leave well enough alone.

Curt- pedojoe was already told he wasn't going to be investigated by DOJ. Why? He's not sane enough to be tried. So pick one. DOJ says he's too incapable of knowing the basics of a trial. You say he's well enough not only for the trial,, but the jail time if/when convicted. I say, go for it.

And that's the decision. pedojoe has an easier case to prove. So why isn't he charged also? Oh, that's right, he doesn't have the cognitive ability to stand trial, and you want him to have the keys to the nukes.

The Hur decision not to charge the "dithering and diminished" Doddering Old Fool puts the Good German groupies in a tough place. Hur alleges that "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" is as guilty as sin but that he's not, as they say on BBC cop shows, "fit to charge." He legally incompetent.

So, he sharp enuff to be reelected but not fit to be held accountable for past crimes.

That's the world Curt and po... and Indy live in.

This is just another example of the Beijingbiden whitehouse using their "power" to produce a despot dictatorship. pedojoe & Co. are selectively and illegally (according to our constitution) getting rid of any and all opposition. I'm not saying that trumpster didn't do what they say he did. I'm pretty sure that could be a fairly good case against him. It's a thing called "selective enforcement."

As curt has pointed out several times, there is "some" (key operative word) discretion in enforcement. The issue here is one person isn't on the "widows and orphans fund" donation list (trumpster) and one is (pedojoe). One is pulling strings and owns the DOJ. The other doesn't. The fact that one of these crime families pays kickbacks to the agency so no one gets "messed with" is essential to the case. And illegal. Think New Orleans from the 1920's- 1960's when crime families owned what was going on in the city. NOLA had a huge crime problem and lots of "justified" shootings by the cops of black males.

Long story short. Charge everyone. Or charge no one. The one with the least problem is Mike Pence. And there is still wrongdoing. So make a choice. It says a lot about what kind of banana republic despot government you want. Or not. This is a major source of trumpsters money-making ability and votes are coming from. People see this and vote anti-pedojoe.

For po- this is another example of the weaponization of the pedojoe whitehouse against conservative groups. And just one of the reasons I'm able to compare the left more accurately to the nazis.

What confuses me (baha) is that the, uh, "discretion" always seems to favor Joe, and the crime family, and never Trump, nor GOPs.

I just don't get it. You? Baha!!!!!?

Never. And comparing jay-walking to Organized crime is at least naive. Saying that if a member of the Klan murders a non-white, non-member of the Klan and it's always "justified," but a non-white non-member of the Klan that goes on a "date" (consensual) with a white woman, they're hung is what we're talking about. Welcome to GA, AL in the 20's- 60's+.
