Federal Judge Aileen Cannon on Tuesday rejected special counsel Jack Smith’s request for a gag order against Donald Trump in the classified documents case, saying that prosecutors’ request was “wholly lacking in substance and professional courtesy.”

Gang,

From the beginning, I've been of the opinion that Jack Smith is nuthin more than a political hack... and, he appears to be just that. But, more and more, it's becoming apparent that he is incompetent.

He's created problems for himself in managing the documents in question. Now, he's not getting his gag order because he made the request improperly.

Bush league.

    She only told Jacko to go back to the drawing board.

    My guess? When Smith requests the gag order properly, she'll take the request under advisement and grant him a partial victory... in due course.

    Yeah.... in court, there's this whole thing about using substantive arguments, especially when asking the court to rule in favor of what you're asking. I guess it's that whole "“wholly lacking in substance and professional courtesy" thing. My guess is that it shouldn't have taken too long at all if it looked like a 10 year-old wrote it. Maybe he asked for a gag order just for trumpster, and not himself or the case.

    Actually, "the Orange Turd's" been pretty well behave during the last few weeks of the NY trial.

    And, d@ngit! If you want to elect Trump, the best thing you can do is to gag him. IMO.
