People who say they are voting for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are probably low-information voters.

A weaponized DOJ. So Biden.

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday named former federal prosecutor Jack Smith as special counsel for two ongoing criminal investigations by the Department of Justice of former President Donald Trump.

Smith’s appointment came three days after Trump, a Republican, announced plans to run for president in 2024.

Trump’s move directly led to Garland’s decison to appoint a special counsel, who will recommend whether criminal charges should be lodged against the ex-president.

My sense is that this will enrage the millions of MAGAs...and much of the antiSwamp that ain't MAGA.

Bring it on! Most Americans will applaud the indictments.

My sense is that MAGA is and would be enraged no matter what.

Any predictions as to which high profile investigation and prosecution bears fruit? “Huntergate” or Trump’s election interference and document theft.

Depends on how you define fruit but pb says neither.

A prosecutor’s fruit are convictions. Did you have some other measure in mind?

Well, we're comparing apples to oranges. I don't think "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" will be removed from office but the Dems may lose in 024 like the GOPs did in 1996.

    1976.

You seem to think that Hunter Biden will be convicted of something. Have you changed your mind? According to the conspiracy theory, Hunter would be the first domino to fall and that would bring down Joe Biden.

I realize that you cannot put your finger on which crime you think Hunter is guilty. But that shouldn't stop your conspiracy theories.

I can tell you what I think Trump is guilty of: stealing classified documents, attempting to interfere with and overturn the electoral college results and obstruction of justice.

  8. by HatetheSwamp on November 18, 2022 1:09 pm

I absolutely do not think that Hunter will be convicted of anything, not with this corrupt DOJ. He might be offered the opportunity to plead to a slap on the wrist. But, the GOPs will play around with the smoking gun to fire at the Flatulent Fool. They were clear yesterday. The Hunter hearings will be able "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap."

I've been through the "What crime did Hunter commit?" dance with you, at least twice. I'm not dancing again.

In my opinion, your sense of what Trump will be convicted of is deranged.

You never did the dance. You cannot say what Hunter Biden is guilty of. You think Tony Bobulinski has evidence, but you have no idea of what.

If I am deranged then so is the DOJ, the FBI, Merrick Garland and Jack Smith.

Of course I did. The first time was when you still thought the whole laptop thing was a MAGA wet dream.

I'm certain that Bobulinski has evidence. Exactly of what, I can't say but the people in the press who took this story seriously from the beginning suggest that it will matter. John Dean level stuff...except it's documentary.

Nope. You never did and still cannot. You could say what the crime is if one existed in few words as I did about Trump. But you can't.

Elsewhere you said unnamed sources believe that there are income tax and gun purchase crimes that Hunter Biden could be charged with (but hasn't been). What would Tony Bobulinski know about either?
