I am guessing who might be running for president in 2028. I've taken a somewhat different approach than I did with past presidential candidate selectors, which you may notice when you test it.

Let me know what you think, especially if you spot any typos, errors or problems.

    Hi Curt.

    There's a flaw in your software. I tried the selector, and the results said at the top that Kamala Harris (90%) was my top choice, but my results for each of the 17 cabdidates showed that I matched 100% with Pete Buttigieg.

    Hmm, Donna. Interesting. I tried to answer like I think you might and I got AOC. I've tried some other combinations and haven't been able to duplicate your results.

    I'm just thinking that on both sides, it's too early. My thoughts are that until valid candidates on all sides start to surface, things are going to be sketchy. Keep testing though.

    Thanks Donna. I found and fixed a potential flaw in the programming. Hopefully it will work properly when you try it again.

    There is no credit card request on the selector. I don't think DeSantis will run again. You didn't include DeSantis in your suggestions for possible candidates, either.

    The most popular page on SelectSmart.com so far this year has been the presidential candidate selector--and that selector was for the 2024 version. That tells me that people are already looking forward to the next election and the next president.

    I only included Dems among my suggestions.

    I tried it again. I didn't get pushed to the credit card app.

    Not surprisingly, my number 1 was JD.
