Sounds like Billy Ray Cyrus, one of the few... ahem... "stars" willing to show his face at the Orange Gala - had some technical issues both on stage and internally...
Trace Cyrus Urges Dad Billy Ray to Get 'Help' After Trump Inauguration
Trace Cyrus, the son of Billy Ray Cyrus, has said his family is "genuinely worried" about his father, sharing a passionate post to Instagram encouraging his famous dad to get "help."
Billy Ray Cyrus performed at Donald Trump's Liberty Ball on Monday following the presidential inauguration, but it wasn't the iconic performance fans expected. The occasion was marred by various issues. At one point, the "Achy Breaky Heart" hitmaker walked aimlessly around the stage, singing without music. He also experienced technical difficulties with his guitar, theorizing that he was cut off.
After witnessing the disastrous performance, Trace Cyrus—one of the singer's five children, who also include Miley Cyrus and Noah Cyrus—took to Instagram to declare that his father is someone "I barely recognize now."

After Billy Ray Cyrus' performance on Monday, people took to social media to share their disappointment and criticisms.
"Trump needs to pardon Billy Ray Cyrus for that performance because it was a crime," one fan wrote via X (formerly known as Twitter).
Another said they felt "mortified and so embarrassed for him."
"They cut his music?" the person questioned. "And then took his mic, and he refused to leave the stage."
A third user was even more harsh in their analysis. "Billy Ray Cyrus, clearly lip-syncing, looks like he crawled out from under a bridge before this weak performance at Donald Trump's inaugural Liberty Ball."
