Let me start off with two words. I support Kammy. I support Kammy.

And, the Orange Turd is a weak candidate who's the messiah to 40 percent of people who will vote and who will pull in the vote of another half dozen percent of party loyalists, e.g., Mitch McConnell and Bill Barr who hate his guts but have sold their souls to the GOP.

Trump is abhorrent to, what? Nearly 50 percent of voters... including the two unwoke non Dems on SS, OD and pb.

Having said that...

Trump has a distinct advantage over KK in the people are hitting the campaign trail on his behalf. So far, there are three. He may unleash more after Labor Day.

1. JD Vance. Vance had the biggest brain by far among KK, TT and his MAGA master. The woke TDS crowd on SS were hootin and howling yesterday because Vance got booed in bright electric blue, as po'd say, EFFINBoston. pb says that, if that sort of thing gets you off, look for similar stories over and over again. The guy is fearless and undaunted. He got to college on the GI Bill because he actually went to the battle field, excelled his way into an Ivy League law school, defied hillbilly values and married a woman of color, WHO'S SMARTER AND MORE ACCOMPLISHED THAN IS HE, and had the moral courage to change his mind about Trump. The man is a devout Christian... perfectly willing to be Trump's Daniel in the lion's den (Google it if you have to.)

2. Tulsi. The PILF. Who's articulate... and Kammy ain't. And, committed to Trump's political vision and as fearless to stand up against the supposed woke hegemony as is Vance and, today, is still a Lt Colonel in the US army reserve. SHE COMES ACROSS AS A PATRIOT AND FEARLESS WARRIOR WHO OPPOSES "THAT FECKLESS DEMENTIA-RIDDEN PIECE OF CRAP'S" UKRAINE POLICY AND AFGHANISTAN CATASTROPHE. She'll go anywhere and say anything for Trump's cause.

3. RFKJ. Just quickly. It's stunned ole pb that the conservative wing of the GOP is thrilled to have him. Ted Cruz is thrilled that he endorsed Trump. And, the Gays Against Groomers crowd also is beating the drum.

KK and TT have tried to let the woke SwampMedia be their campaign. It ain't working.

pb is rootin for Kammy, and he thinks she's more appealing one on one than Trump. But, she's outgunned.

  2. by Donna on August 30, 2024 8:31 am

As if Kamala and Tim don't have surrogates.

  3. by HatetheSwamp on August 30, 2024 8:44 am

Certainly, KK has surrogates. Name hers that will appeal to your low-information, my, moderate and independent common sense voters, as powerfully as Tulsi to people chagrined over "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap's" wasteful, planless tossing of money at Ukraine and shameless, cowardly end of the conflict in Afghanistan...

...and RFKJ's antiSwamp MAHA campaign, which the GAG gang is hepped about.

I'm asking. Because I don't know of any... especially who are being exploited by the campaign as well as the PILF and RFKJ are by Trump.

Trump’s surrogates are a negative on his campaign. JD “Donuts” Vance (thanks Indy!), a Putin stooge and Robert F Carcass Jr. are all punchlines and weirdos.

Vice President Harris’s campaign are launching a bus tour in Palm Beach, Fla., with its surrogates promoting access to reproductive rights.

The “Fighting for Reproductive Freedom” bus tour is set to start Tuesday in former President Trump’s hometown. Surrogates from second gentleman Douglas Emhoff, Minnesota first lady Gwen Walz, Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) and Harris campaign manager Julie Chavez Rodriguez, among others, will be on the tour.

The tour will make at least 50 stops in red, blue and battleground states in the next couple of months, the campaign announced. Surrogates will focus on talking to voters about Harris and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s (D) plans to restore the protections of Roe v. Wade, which was overturned by the Supreme Court in 2022.

And, you think that's superior to Trump sending out Vance, Tulsi and RFKJ independently, and to audiences to which they have appeal, in addition to doing his numerous rallies?

    Good enuff.

Speaking of which, the PILF will be on Clay and Buck today, Friday, just after 12:30 EDT.

    HtS,
What sort of "surrogate" competes for votes against their preferred candidate? Kennedy asked his supporters to vote for him only in non-swing states where he still to campaign for himself.

However, RFK Jr. is an opposition candidate on swing state ballots. I told you when RFK Jr. first announced that he is in same lane as Donald Trump of low-information, anti-vaxxers, conspiracy-nuts. That's why Trump sought his endorsement, but their plan has blown-up.

RFK Jr.’s Genius Plan to Help Trump in Swing States Is in Shambles
North Carolina is now the latest battleground state to block Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s attempt to be removed from the ballot.

Michigan and Wisconsin, two key battleground states, also declined to remove former Independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s name from their general election ballots this November despite his requests and withdrawal from the race.

Then, Tulsi headed on over to Fox News Radio. In that interview she declared that the Democrat Party is the party of warmongers.

Who here wants to dispute her?

  9. by Curt_Anderson on August 30, 2024 10:22 am
Which president first sent troops and got us into the quagmire in Afghanistan?

Who was president when Gabbard was deployed to Iraq.

  10. by HatetheSwamp on August 30, 2024 10:24 am

    Bush?

  11. by oldedude on August 30, 2024 10:41 am
Who wants to get into the quagmire in Ukraine?

  12. by Curt_Anderson on August 30, 2024 10:51 am
    OD,
I don't know, who? But I know which president didn't send troops there or declare war elsewhere.

  13. by Indy! on August 30, 2024 10:55 am

So let me see if I have this straight... The Ds are the warmongers, yet OD and PB - the two board Rs - are still crying about Biden pulling us OUT of the war the GOP got us into?

I got this far in pb's diatribe...

"1. JD Vance. Vance had the biggest brain by far among KK, TT and his MAGA master."

I might agree he has the biggest head, but I suspect it's full of mostly air.

  14. by HatetheSwamp on August 30, 2024 10:55 am

No, Curt. "That feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" opened the faucet full force so that the military industrial complex can supply that Ukraine dictator who has eliminated free speech, freedom of religion and elections can run his war...

But, our warmonger profiteers are living in the lap of luxury.

  15. by Indy! on August 30, 2024 10:58 am

    We're always defending dictators, peebs.

  16. by HatetheSwamp on August 30, 2024 11:04 am

So, Indy, because KK's doing it, you're now in favor?

  17. by Indy! on August 30, 2024 11:13 am

Nope - just educating you again as I always do.

Trump's rally in Pennsylvania today is packed.

  24. by HatetheSwamp on August 30, 2024 2:09 pm

Trump just did it. Called him Tampon Tim. The crowd went bonkers in uproarious laughter. MAGAs know how to have fun.

  25. by Indy! on August 30, 2024 2:24 pm

Took you this long to alert him to that one?

  26. by HatetheSwamp on August 30, 2024 2:29 pm

Actually, Polymarket was listening the likelihood that Trump would say the word, "Tampon."

  27. by Indy! on August 30, 2024 2:33 pm

Burning issue for MAGAts - the votes Trump was getting no matter what.

    Nobody else cares. 🥱

  28. by HatetheSwamp on August 30, 2024 2:38 pm

You're right about that. If anything, calling him Tampon Tim may lose Trump votes. But, it's still funny.

  29. by Indy! on August 30, 2024 3:02 pm

Not really, but if it tickles your fancy have fun with it. I'd rather your team sticks to the name-calling and personal attacks rather than actual policy (although I'm sure Trump's platform would be pretty funny too).

  30. by Curt_Anderson on September 27, 2024 3:34 pm
Trump's surrogates have issues. None which are helpful to Trump's campaign. Harris has the surrogate advantage. Harris and Walz both have spouses who are campaigning for them. Neither of the wives of Trump or Vance are making solo campaign speeches.

New details emerge about RFK Jr.’s ‘creepy’ move with reporter Olivia Nuzzi before sexting scandal: report
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. reportedly grabbed reporter Olivia Nuzzi’s hand while she was interviewing him last year before they began their alleged sexting exchange, according to another journalist who called the ex-presidential candidate’s move “creepy.”

Kennedy, 70, and Nuzzi, 31, were on a hike during the interview for her November 2023 profile of the candidate for New York Magazine when he allegedly grabbed her hand, according to multiple sources who recounted the incident to Vanity Fair.

JD Vance, in 2020 messages, said Trump ‘thoroughly failed to deliver’
In previously undisclosed messages, the future vice-presidential nominee said Trump had not fulfilled his economic agenda and predicted he would lose to Biden.

They were written years after Vance’s previously reported remarks attacking Trump, such as his statements in 2016 that Trump was “reprehensible,” “cultural heroin” and possibly “America’s Hitler.”

Donuts should have stuck to being a hillbilly - his know-it-all routine where he gets everything wrong would go over much better in the internet/information free parts of the Appalachian mountains. But PEEBS!!! talk about your missed opportunities... you could have cut and pasted this line and used it for all your MAGA-quality candidates...

"S/he'll go anywhere and say anything for Trump's cause."

    😂

  32. by Indy! on September 27, 2024 6:44 pm

    *candidates = surrogates

    Sorry...

  33. by oldedude on September 27, 2024 8:22 pm
    OD,
I don't know, who? But I know which president didn't send troops there or declare war elsewhere.

UKRAINE: And honestly, the only part of that I don't like is the quagmire. He needs to shit of get off the pot. In this case, I agree how he's done it for the most part. I've always said that.

Afghanistan was a complete goatfuck though. I won't get into that now.
