There's evidence that 3 - 5% of Florida seniors who voted for Trump are now supporting Kamala and Tim. That alone may be all it takes to flip Florida back to blue.
The video includes a couple of testimonials from former Trump voters; the first one, from a senior woman who runs a golf league, starts at 3:07.
Also, towards the end there's footage from Trump's recent rally in Wilkes Barre, PA which shows lots of empty seats and people heading for the exits as Trump is speaking.
