All the Federalist "fact checks" are lies because they either misquoted or misattributed wording to her that she didn't use. If a person is to be fact checked, you have to quote their words exactly. HTS, dishonestly recast the supposed lies by Harris in all caps is if they were unambiguous commandments carved in stone.
Lie 1: Trump is unstable. That's just an opinion, one I happen to share. But there is plenty of evidence for that including his off-the-wall tangents. Have you seen Trump struggle to crawl up into a garbage truck or mince his way down a ramp? He looks unstable to me.
Lie 2: Trump is obsessed with revenge, consumed with grievance, and out for unchecked power. Trump, a constant whiner, is the guy who talks about "the enemies within" who said at CPAC and elsewhere, "I am your retribution."
Lie 3: She will listen to the people who disagree with her and give them a seat at the table She doesn't agree with Liz Cheney on everything, yet has her in her campaign. Harris promised to appoint a Republican to her cabinet. We don't know if Harris will fulfill that promise, but if she ever meets with those who disagree with her, it's not a lie.
Lie 4: Trump would ban abortion nationwide. This may need some context, but it is like one of those riddles in which a character is known to always lie and you have discern which statement is true. Trump is a renowned liar who has been all over the place on abortion. If given the opportunity to nominate Supreme Court justices, he very likely would lead to more nationwide restrictions on abortion. He would likely take the judicial recommendations of the Heritage Foundation's Project 2025.
"Because liberal states have now become sanctuaries for abortion tourism, HHS should use every available tool, including the cutting of funds, to ensure that every state reports exactly how many abortions take place within its borders, at what gestational age of the child, for what reason, the mother’s state of residence, and by what method." ---Project 2025
Lie 5: Trump would restrict access to birth control, put IVF treatment at risk, and force states to monitor women’s pregnancies. That falls under the rubric of "Leave it up the states". States have already, Alabama for instance, put IVF at risk. State legislators in Idaho and Louisiana have proposed banning certain contraceptives including IUDs.
Lie 6: Trump wants to implement Project 2025 If a pathological liar says he won't implement something, should you take his word for it? Trump also claims not to know who is behind Project 2025. Project 2025 was made by 140 loyalists and allies of Trump. See second link.
Lie 7: Trump will try to get rid of the Affordable Care Act, which would throw millions of Americans off of their health care. You be the judge.
