    Talk about tamping down the vitriol, eh. No reason for another lunebird to attempt an assassination. After all, a perpetrator ain't necessarily an existential threat to democracy. Right.

    When Joe did his SOTU, GET OFF MY LAWN Sreamfest, po and you were overjoyed. The whole extremist base was but the moderate and independent common sense voters who will settle this election were not impressed.

    The kind of campaign you love won't win the Kackler the election.

    So you think Harris is being too mean to Trump by obliquely referring to Trump's convictions, indictments and adjudications?

    Would it be in poor taste if she just said, "lock him up!"

    I don't think that she's gonna pull any punches with that scofflaw. She's gonna call him on his bullshit to his face, if he isn't too chickenshit to face her.

    It was already ugly by virtue of the Republican candidate. Trump is a thoroughly ugly excuse for a human being. Inside and out.

    Well, yes and no. Trump was unusually civil from after the debate until half way through his Convention speech.

    I agree with you on Trump, except I ain't deranged about it. He is despicable... and he's ahead in the election.

    T'only chance that I can see that Kammy has is to speak with gravitas. She has a shot at making a meaningful first impression on moderate and independent common sense voters, as the head of the ticket.

    But. If she tries to roll around in the $#!t and beat Trump? Oy. She's not going to outTrump Trump. He'll rip her to pieces.

    It may make po feel good but it won't win the election.

    IMO.

    Oh - forgot... But if KH tries to push here AG years to the front? Look out. There are a LOT of issues in her past as CA AG. She should make a point of it and move on. Do not pretend like she is
