This is sumpthin I've been thinking about. But, gang, if a blue jury defies evidence, AGAIN, and reaches a Biden-friendly verdict, AGAIN, I think that those moderate and independent voters who will decide the election may just poop all over the "dithering and diminished" Doddering Old Fool.

We'll know soonly.

    If you don’t know the term, Google “mens rea”. There are a lot of drinkers, cigarette smokers, and drug users who honestly don’t realize their own addiction. Have you never heard a person say “oh I could quit anytime I want to I just don’t want to”? I think it’s quite possible that Hunter Biden filled out the gun purchase form and when they asked him if he was addicted to drugs, he may have been in a period where he briefly stopped using or thought he could quit.

    Yeah. Well, if your Holy Trinity hasn't informed you, that infamous laptop contains numerous documents and other items of evidence from the moments before and after ole Hunt-man signed the document that make it clear what his state of mind was.

    But, that's Turley's point. If members of the jury intend to ignore evidence, Hunter's team is blazing that trail.

    I do think it's interesting that you are, in effect, attempting to school Jonathan Turley on what men's rea is. Baha. Haha, ha.

    Turley is learned, but I predict wrong in his predictions. Time will tell, but I don’t believe the Hunter Biden defense team is angling towards a hung jury or jury nullification.

    Turley says jury nullification... at least, that's what they’ll try.

    And, Turley predicted the 14th Amendment, keep Trump off the ballot scam exactly. And, the Supreme Court taking the immunity appeal.

    And, after the Stalinesque jury instructions, the hush money verdict.
