So the courts are saying that a "child" is in fact a "child." If you can charge parents with an act the children do up until the age of 18 then they are NOT wards of the state, but children the parents have rights and responsibilities of and to until the children are 18. What a concept!

So when your "child" has oral surgery, the parents must sign for the "patient." if your "child" has "issues" in school, the "parents" must be notified. If the "children" are taken from the "parents" there must be a warrant, cause, and order from the state for the legal "reason" the parents do not ha custody of the "children." Or when someone picks your child from school, the "parents" must "sign" for that "person" as a "legally responsible" person for that child. Notice in all of this paragraph, the state has ZERO responsibility to raise, or groom your child as their own without a court order and DUE F***ING PROCESS!"

My bet is that everyone that doesn't hold any "rights" of daily "parenting" has any desire to raise their children or feel the need to raise their grandchildren in such a way. They don't understand what it takes in a parental dispute (where one parent is abusive to the child) to pick them up from school without legal consent.
