The federal government, regardless of which agency has access to any information they want in taxes (other than the amounts, etc), Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, income, vehicles you own, who you're married to, roommates from 10+ years ago. what banks you have accounts with, and therefore if you have off-shore accounts. Residences that "might" be tied to you. People that might have shared your addresses. people that may have any property tied to you and their addresses, spouses, others tied to those addresses, any other property including vehicles, guns, etcetcetc. THATs how the VA can use BATFE get in a veterans' house without a warrant to look for guns under "suspicion" not probable cause. They are both considered under the same government entity. This is what Lead and I call the "deep State" or actually just the beginning of it.
