I first discovered Zito in 016. This woman is genuinely a journalist.
My sense is that woke Swampcultists think she's pro-GOP. But, that's because, back in 016, she was saying, "Don't be too quick to assume that Hillary has the election all sown up." And, of course, Zito was right.
Back in 022, she was saying, "Don't be so certain that that Red Wave is going to materialize." And, we know now how that turned out.
She currently writes for the Washington Examiner which, it may surprise you all, does, far and away, in pb's opinion, the best reporting in right-wing media. By far. H€ck. As po might say, by EFFINfar.
Zito was on Megyn Kelly's podcast yesterday to give the 411 on the state of the race in Pennsylvania. Her take?

... and she breaks down the subtleties exquisitely.
I've lived in Pennsylvania most of my life. Salena Zito understands Pennsylvania from Philadelphia and Pittsburgh... through Alabama.
She travels from city to town and talks to actual people... with understanding. She does journalism like it was done 100 years ago.
Kelly asks her to comment on the likelihood that the sort of rule bending that happened in 020 will be repeated in 024. She gives a nuanced answer.
I know that some of you don't seek truth. But, if you have enough tolerance to observe truth seeking for 10 minutes, click on the video.
It's the most honest reporting on the 024 election I've encountered yet.
