"Newest Trump indictment is Biden Admin's latest tyrannical tactic to distract and drain resources from his main political adversary. So now anyone who criticizes how govt runs an election is a criminal? Dem elite are destroying our democracy/country."

Banana Republic!

Preach it, sis!

"A death rattle of any democracy is when a sitting president uses the state security apparatus to go after political opponents and cover up lies and crimes committed by himself or his family. Biden is doing that now. His actions make it clear he believes himself to be not the enforcer of the rule of law but the exception to it." -Tulsi

I like her more and more. She'd be a great option for the GOP.

  3. by HatetheSwamp on August 4, 2023 6:42 am

    Veep 024, baby!!!!!

  4. by Donna on August 4, 2023 6:50 am

What's her evidence Biden himself orchestrated anything?

  5. by Ponderer on August 4, 2023 7:39 am

So just because Trump acted like a mob boss on steroids and treated our government like it was his own private fiefdom and ordered his AG around like a dog, you think all presidents do that. You actually assume that everyone in government who isn't kissing Trump's feet is as big of a a far worse criminal as that vile orange scofflaw you support and defend.

You actually had to go along with this whole fantasy about a ravenously corrupt and omniscient "The Swamp" to sustain the illusion for you that everyone else was far worse than Trump could ever be. As Trump became more and more lawless, treasonous, and immoral, your imagined crimes of The Swamp must automatically become more heinous than anything Trump ever did.

And who was it who told you about this The Swamp in the first place? Who was it who educated you on the cryptic machinations of this hyper-despicable secret cabal of dastardly and Constitution-hating villains who control and are in charge of absolutely everything bad that ever happens to Trump or causes him to fail?

    Trump.

And you stupid lemmings swallowed every every last morsel of this "The Swamp" nonsense without the tiniest shred of evidence that it exists. He said it, you believe it, that settles it. You have bought every lie that man has ever told wholesale and without any question of doubt in him and his utter infallibility. You have actually skewed your entire reality to make his fit into yours. You have actually made a shameless, narcissistic, pathological liar your Oracle of Truth and you will accept no other.

As I said before, you sycophantic clowns are not really that hard to figure out. No psych degree necessary.

Donna- First, I agree with you on trolls. Ergo, I'm not entertaining your wife's rant.

Two, I had a list on another thread regarding the illegal activity by the DOJ/FBI. I'll include the IC in on that also, since it would take them to make the contacts DOJ was involved in. The IC was also the source in the "letter" regarding the "truth" in the Steele dossier when they knew there was little to no truth in it.

Did this start with pedojoe? No. He's just the latest in the third world dicktator in line.

Tulsi isn't a trumpster. In fact, she didn't vote with either side on one of the impeachments, which got her booted from the dim party. She wasn't a good little german in locksteap with the Nazi party. When trumpster thanked her, she pretty much told him to piss off.

Again, if people see the timeline, it's really suspicious at best. Hunter goes to trial? So does trumpster. More comes out about pedojoe? More about trumpster. All the while, trumpster's numbers keep improving. Buy a clue. Let him politically kill himself. You don't have to do crap.

Tulsi left the Democratic Party because she failed in her re-election bid for the U.S. House and her general popularity among Democratic voters declined from when she entered politics. I used to like her too.

I don't want Trump's popularity to fade because I can't think of a Republican who'd be easier to beat. But I just read in the NY Times this morning that a new poll in Iowa shows that while he still leads other contenders, his numbers have dropped 10 points.

That's fine. It's enough that you read it. I hope it helps you.

I didn't take the time to read it. I saw it was one of your usual rants and passed.

I've noted that po's been unusually shrill lately, even for po. I wonder if it's Indy's! influence.

  11. by oldedude on August 4, 2023 11:15 am
Could be. You know those kids your folks told you to stay away from, even though they were the cool kids at school? The ones that ended up in prison as juveniles? that's him.

  12. by Indy! on August 4, 2023 12:00 pm

Tulsi did not fail in her re-election bid for the House because she never ran for re-election. Besides that - the D's couldn't deal with the fact that...

Old Dude projecting his own failed childhood on me again. I'm betting he got arrested for child prostitution - selling himself at the bus station for crack money.

Indy!, he's certainly never shown us any evidence that he didn't.

  15. by HatetheSwamp on August 4, 2023 3:14 pm

    Indy!,

po has a peculiar abhorrence for Tulsi. Don't know why. Tulsi is hatetheSwamp. And, po worships it. So, maybe.

  16. by Indy! on August 5, 2023 1:17 am

The reason all Ds hate Tulsi is simple, peebs - she told the truth and exposed the party’s hypocrisy in a way that could not be denied. She also trashed Hillary, Kamala and other candidates the same way. She’s a loose cannon aimed at the party status quo… a wrecking ball in the Democrat china shop.

  17. by HatetheSwamp on August 5, 2023 3:50 am

    Bingo, Indy!, you da man!

This is exactly what pb means when he says that the Dems are a bunch of fascists who are required to walk in lockstep.

There are a few reasons that pb's a lukewarm GOP. One is that the GOPs allow libertarians to have a place in their periphery. Another is that they allow people who hate the Swamp on to their team.

When pb says that the GOP is the home of openness and acceptance and tolerance, diversity, inclusion and, most of all...FREE effin THINKING...this is what he means. And, as much as that ruffles woke feathers...especially Donna...it's true.

    Here's proof:

The one thing I truly regret about boycotting Fox News...and, did you even know this?...TULSI IS A FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR!!!!!

Can you effin imagine the GOP equivalent of Tulsi being welcomed in Dem circles at CNN or MSNBC?

And, I'll tell you what? Tulsi's been on The Five a few times and the Fox people love her.

po and Donna are haters...TULSIPHOBES!, but noting the way she's received at Fox News?, my sense is that, if the GOP nominee picks Tulsi to be Veep, the GOPs win in 024 in a freakin landslide!

  18. by oldedude on August 5, 2023 7:01 am
    Indy- Dead on.
    Concur. No exceptions.

  20. by Donna on August 5, 2023 9:16 am

Tulsi didn't run for re-election because her poll numbers were dismal.

Over the decades, Bernie Sanders has been pretty harsh on the Dems, but he still caucuses with them and became Chair of three Senate committees while Biden's been president.

  21. by Indy! on August 5, 2023 6:49 pm

    Thanks OD & peebs. 👍

Donna - you act like Bernie's doing a good thing. They screwed him TWICE and he's still trying to play nice with them. He's just part of the theater now - another actor in a bad play. Tulsi had no choice but to leave the Ds after she exposed Hillary's cheating in 2016. They weren't going to let her get re-elected and she (wisely) moved on. Who stays at a party where nobody likes you?

  22. by oldedude on August 5, 2023 6:52 pm
Right. That was pretty much my point without the specifics. Thanks for filling it in.

  23. by Ponderer on August 6, 2023 8:47 am

"They screwed him TWICE and he's still trying to play nice with them." -Indy!

Bernie's a big boy. He knows all too well the game of Politics from being in it for so many decades. It ain't Bean Bag. His prime goal throughout his entire career has been to do his best to help the American people to the best of his ability. He will do that any way he can. This was never about feeding his ego like it is, sorrily, with the vast majority of politicians. I trust the calculations he made and what he has done with what he was left with. He's got several important committee chairmanships.

So you're upset that he didn't go nuclear on the Democratic party? He should have launched all manner of lawsuits against the DNC and draw the matter out into a long process that would only have distracted him and the party from the actual job that needs to be done for the people? And then only to predictably lose, because the DNC is not bound by any law to run or support anyone they don't want to?
