Question to everyone here who's not OD:

What has been reported to you about this by Curt's Holy Trinity and po's metaphorical, and literal, Rachel?

Anyway...

The denial is weak, lame and unconvincing... to us who objectively, rationally and earnestly seek truth.

It ain't going away.

Still, the SwampMedia is steadfast and will protect the Dingbat...

The document, said to be a sworn affidavit signed by a notary public the day before the debate, says the network gave Harris questions ahead of time while agreeing to a series of other preconditions to give the vice president an advantage over Trump.

Before the freakin friggin EFFINdate, baby!

I have already covered this ground. Harris didn't win the debate in the eyes of most observers because she gave outstanding answers. Trump lost because his answers and responses were ridiculous.

If you really think that Harris was fed the questions in advance, or was wearing an earpiece during the debate, cite ANY response of hers that was so great that it contributed to her to being seen as the winner of the debate.

LOL! The "affadavit" isn't even dated. You're falling for another con. There will be oodles more more before election day... and you'll fall for every one of them.

  3. by Donna on September 17, 2024 1:38 pm

Slight corection, from The Economic Times piece:

"However, there is no proof that the affadavit was written on the date claimed, and the necessary notary public seal is missing."

    That's a huge red flag.

  4. by HatetheSwamp on September 17, 2024 1:39 pm

    Curt,

Is it a hypothetical possibility that the Dingbat gave "outstanding answers" because she knew the questions ahead of time? Hypothetically.

Just curious. What's the HuffPo been saying about this?

    Donna,

It was notarized and EFFINmailed and postmarked BEFORE the debate. You may want this to be silly but it ain't. It ain't going away.

  5. by Donna on September 17, 2024 1:41 pm

Not according to one of the sources you listed.

  6. by HatetheSwamp on September 17, 2024 1:52 pm

There are oodles of stories out there. I randomly chose two.

Monitoring right-wing media as I do, trust me your metaphorical Rachel won't have the final word on this, one way or the other.

A House Committee hearing is not beyond the realm of possibility.

The "affidavit" is worthless - just some ABC employed Trumper who was at least smart enough to know Kamala was going to wipe the floor with the orange ass monkey and MAYBE wrote this up beforehand to make it look somewhat legit. Unfortunately for those who haven't actually READ the document - it clearly states Kamala was NOT given the questions beforehand.

    Ooops. 😃

  8. by Indy! on September 17, 2024 2:03 pm

Oh - forgot - the "notary" aspect? Laughable. I have a notary stamp that doesn't belong to me, isn't registered to me and I did not seek it out in any way shape of form... THAT'S how easy it is to get a notary stamp and this hoaxter couldn't even get his document stamped.

  9. by HatetheSwamp on September 17, 2024 2:14 pm

It was mailed and postmarked by the USPS before the debate.

  10. by Curt_Anderson on September 17, 2024 2:15 pm
This reminds me of Trump’s Birther conspiracy. Dumb people fell for that too. Trump must have realized then that were enough gullible rubes in America for him to be elected.

HtS, you don’t need any hypotheticals. We all watched the debate. Just provide an example of a memorably great answer by Harris. Her best moments were her baiting Trump.

  11. by Donna on September 17, 2024 2:21 pm

"It was mailed and postmarked by the USPS before the debate." - Hts

That means absolutely nothing. The missing notary seal means everything.

  12. by HatetheSwamp on September 17, 2024 2:24 pm

It reminds me of Watergate and Deep Throat and Woodward and Bernstein.

  13. by Indy! on September 17, 2024 3:53 pm

The seal means nothing too. If you've worked for a big corporation in the past, you probably know that every company doing a lot of paper shuffling has a notary on staff. Generally you can simply ask the notary to stamp something "as a favor" and they will gladly do it.

  14. by Donna on September 17, 2024 4:11 pm

Okay, but it reportedly didn't even have a seal.

  15. by Indy! on September 17, 2024 4:29 pm

$10 says if some authority takes a good look at the envelope he allegedly mailed to himself - they'll find out it was mailed after the debate. This thing reeks of just another low IQ MAGAt hoax only Fox buys into.

  16. by Donna on September 17, 2024 4:36 pm

I don't understand what difference it makes when it was mailed.

  17. by Indy! on September 17, 2024 5:00 pm

None really, because it's just a diatribe from someone posing as an ABC employee. He could have simply suspected (as we all did) that Trump was going to get hammered and wrote it up beforehand and mailed it beforehand. I don't think that's how it really went down, but if it did? All it proves is the guy had a plan before the debate and he stuck to it. Doesn't give us any idea how true it is. BTW - same with the notary. I've had things notarized without having proper documentation simply because I knew the notary. I would be surprised if a notary seal carried very much weight in a court of law - they give the seals to just about anyone who wants one.

  18. by Indy! on September 17, 2024 5:06 pm

Out of curiosity, I looked it up. To be a notary in FL - you hav e to be 18, a legal resident of FL and not a convicted felon (but if you are and your rights are restored - you're good). Then you take a course on being a notary and pay $99-$164 in fees. You need an "affidavit of character" ("MoooOOOOOoooom... can you sign this thing?) and take the oath of office (unless you're an Oath "Keeper" - then you can skip that part 😌).

Full details at the link if anyone is as bored as me...
