Hunter's trying to keep the ugly truths about his life and his manifold crimes out of court records...
...and get this settled before it's too late for daddy to drop a pardon.
I'd love to see what our former Supreme Court clerk and current Ivy League law school professor has to say.
And, how our Ace Good German handles it.
The guy's a scum sucker. As Jim Jordan and James Comer have been saying. Exactly as they have been saying.
Or, since Joe's been Let's Go Brandoned, don't you care!!!!!?
po, Curt? What say ye?

Read the entire article you posted:
Lowell said President Biden's son would submit what's known as an Alford plea, meaning he would accept a guilty verdict while maintaining his innocence. Prosecutors objected to it, calling it an "injustice" and "against the rule of law.
An Alford plea, also known as a "best-interests plea," registers a formal admission of guilt towards charges in criminal court while the defendant simultaneously expresses their innocence toward those same charges. law.cornell.edu

FYI: pb's Legal Goober #3 will be on the gay Guy Curt never heard of's show at 4:35 EDT.
by Curt_Anderson on September 5, 2024 12:51 pm Here's the thing, with the Alford plea Hunter is pleading guilty (sort of). The prosecution is in the awkward position of essentially saying, sure the defendant pled guilty, but we wanted to make the case in court that he's guilty. That seems like a waste of the court's time and vindictive.
If the case goes to court or not, the judge will deliver a sentence or not. Whatever happens, Joe Biden will have a couple of months to pardon his son regardless of who wins the election.

And let's not forget he'll have 4 yrs of Kamala to get a pardon too.

Fox News is reporting that the judge did not accept Hunter's Alford plea. He declared it an open plea.
It's time for our former Supreme Court clerks to splain.
by Curt_Anderson on September 5, 2024 2:33 pm Not much to explain. Hunter is pleading guilty. No trial. Jury thanked and sent home.

...cutting deeply into PB's plans for millions more misinformed Hunter posts on the board here.
