What they're really pissed off about is that the enormously popular Taylor Swift has been using her tour to influence tens of thousands of young people - a voting block that strongly leans Democrat - to register to vote.

    That’s great! Republicans are so transparent in their disdain for democracy. Btw, they are such snowflakes, so easily upset. (Like OD and his apoplectic fretting over “rape trees”)

    I have been meh about Taylor Swift, but hearing her talk about Marsha Blackburn, and knowing her get out the vote efforts, I am now a big fan. I still cannot tell you the name of one of her songs.

    A couple of months ago I listened to a couple of her biggest hits and... meh. But like you, I'm old fart. The old farts of our time didn't much care for Zepellin. Gotta love her activism though. God bless her.

    Gacharic Spin certainly play hard and loud, and seem to know how to play musical instruments, but I don't like their music any more than I like Taylor Swift's.

    I listened to the entire song, Indy. We all like what we like. There's no reason to be a dick about it.

    One of the beautiful things about art is that there is no right or wrong when it comes to personal tastes.

    It's kind of hard to imagine someone with an ego so overblown that they must attack and disparage anyone who doesn't instantly love a song that they like.

    But then I suppose I don't have to imagine such a person. Because we have Indy!.
