I think I am, after all, I woke up this morning.
I began thinking, Hmmm... Does this mean I am now a member of a “woke group”? You know, the group who, like me, also woke up this morning? I know that some people went to sleep last night and never woke up which made me realize that I quite like being a member of the woke group!
Then, this morning while sipping my coffee I started to read this. For some reason it made me think of Hate and od and I really wondered if they woke up yet;
“What is Woke? The American Right made up these terms. I generally find them reactionary and histrionic. So, that is what I think. I don’t know what exactly they mean. It is like their use of the terms Social Justice Warrior, politically incorrect, feminazi and cancel culture. It is used indiscriminately. If someone simply talks about racism, they can be called part of the woke brigade. Colin Powell, a former Republican, died just a couple of years ago. He called the party out on racism a decade ago.
