    I think that's well established.

I don't think there was enough on the bill to make that decision. If they didn't change the red flag laws, then it's a mute point. No one with a brain would vote for it.

And what are you going to do about the illegal guns on the streets? By definition, They're illegal anyway. How are you going to get those?

There are strict laws in the blue states/ cities regarding using guns in a crime. But as been laid out in the stats, DA's are not filing the crime and keeping them in prison. One known gang member, three strike violent felon was not charged with the gun crime. He went out and murdered two policemen.

These are just a couple of the questions I have.

Right, OD. In many ways, it's a pretty lame bill. The Flatulent Fool didn't get the Big Bro stuff he wanted...except Red Flag.

The Senate fell in line with Chuck You Schumer. Most likely, House Dems will follow Nancy's direction.

And, I suspect that you're right. The Red Flag stuff may, very well, be killed by the courts.

So much of what Dems want defames the Bill of Rights.

I agree. Unfortunately, they haven't read the bill, or are schooled up on it. OR they believe there ought to be a house to house no knocks looking for guns like the land of oz did. Their idea is to make us biatches of the government, not thinking the tide will ever turn to conservatives. This is a group that loves maduro, castro, and several others. They forget the pictures of people eating off of garbage trucks and don't have the capability to connect the dots between their country (like they want to live in), and our racist pathetic country they don't want to live in.

The other thing this bill does is nothing. Straw buyers? Already a law. Interstate transportation of a stolen weapon? Done. Lying on the form to gain access to a gun? Done. Charging a gun crime? NOT done in liberal cities. That's a main issue. NOT charging gun crime creates the issue.

The dims were the one's screaming to defund the police. Until it became unpopular. The great thing is they're on tape saying it. Some here wanted to burn down buildings. I don't understand this. I guess it's just a lack of seeing what else is out there.
