This explains the process for removing AIP holds.

               
Is the student currently enrolled?
YES
Is the student on the Late-AIP Exception list?
YES
Is the student's academic standing CAP?
YES
Do they have an ASO signature?
YES
Remove the student's hold. In the notes section on the student's REC06 screen, type "AIP 14-1." Date and initial the AIP form. Write "CAP" underneath the lines for date and initials. Place CAP AIPs on Nathan's desk to be processed when he returns.

Does the student have a hold?
Do not date or initial the late AIP form. Do not remove any holds. Write "Late 14-1" underneath the lines for date and initials. Return AIPs to the front desk to be processed.
Is the student a FB 1.0?
Return the AIP to the front desk. They are to contact the student and have them return to get an ASO signature.

Remove the student's hold. In the notes section on the student's REC06 screen, type "AIP 14-__ (counts to remove past hold)." (type whatever semester they are returning, i.e. 14-3). Do not date or initial the AIP form. Write "Future" under the lines for date and initials.

Is the student on WARN or PROB?
Do they have an ASO signature?

Remove the student's hold. In the notes section on the student's REC06 screen, type "FB 1.0 - met with ______(type the name of the ASO advisor that signed the AIP)."Date and initial the AIP form. Write "14-1" underneath the lines for date and initials. Return AIPs to the front desk to be processed.
