Trouble Shoot the Server Problem

There should be a start button on the lower left of the screen. Press & select shutdown. Then Press the computer cpu power button to restart.

Is it turned on?

Press and Hold the computer CPU power button until the computer turns off. Then Press the power button again. Did the Computer Restart and is there now an image on the monitor ?
Press the red button and the computer will shut down. Then after the computer is off, press the power button on the computer and enter password.
