"A U.S. district court in Georgia halted the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for federal contractors on Tuesday, writing that the president likely exceeded his authority.

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia said the Associated Builders and Contractors, a national trade group that represents the construction industry, are likely correct that President Joe Biden exceeded his authority under the Procurement Act when he issued the mandate..."

One way dementia can go is that, as the sufferer becomes increasingly physically frail, they also become increasingly nasty and tyrannical. That's probably what's going on with "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap."

Court after court has come to the conclusion that the flatulent fool is behaving like a fascist thug, pretending that he possesses authority that belongs Congress...to the people.

Thankfully, people are standing up to the former 18 wheeler driver. Were he given an inch, he'd almost certainly grab for a mile!

    Donna,

    It still is too liberal but conservatives and libertarians develop a thick skin about that.

    And, remember, I was a lib back then. I voted for Carter twice and Mondale and even Dukakis, though I could tell that NPR was pitching to the left outside corner of the plate.
