The conspiracy theorists on SS are Donna and myce. But ole pb's wondering if the noxious and inflammatory remarks being made by the Mayor of Minneapolis, and by Tampon, might just be intended to distract attention away from their possible guilt in the $9,000,000,000+ fraud perpetrated on American tax papers?

I doubt that Tampon is that clever, but Frey is filthy slimy.

First, I am not a conspiracy theorist, second this is actual political persecution.

  2. by HatetheSwamp on January 17, 2026 6:50 am

    myce,

    1. Yes, you are.
    2. When pb calls himself HatetheSwamp, it's because he hates both banks of the Swamp. You may be right about the investigation. But, the behavior of Tampon and Frey is suspicious to me.

    OD,

    Good'ne!!!!!

Still, I'm not sure about the protest. For some of our woke, I wonder if there's not lack of self-awareness,... or even straight out self-deception. Especially, po, but, myce, too.

  5. by myce on January 17, 2026 8:03 am
Why? Do you think because I said "look at the Epstein files," does that make me a conspiracy theorist?

    Noop

  7. by Indy! on January 17, 2026 9:49 am

GOP just keeps digging the hole they'll never get out of.

  8. by Curt_Anderson on January 17, 2026 11:00 am
The DOJ is looking at whether public "noxious and inflammatory remarks" made by the Frey an Walz—constitute a violation of federal conspiracy statutes.

Their investigation will not result in any charges as long as Americans' free speech is protected by the First Amendment. I predict it will result in more resignations at the DOJ---and more Democrats elected next November.

  9. by HatetheSwamp on January 17, 2026 11:19 am

"Their investigation will not result in any charges as long as Americans' free speech is protected by the First Amendment."

    Uh, Curt.

Do you know who runs the DOJ!!!!!?

  10. by Curt_Anderson on January 17, 2026 11:26 am
Sure, Donald Trump. That's why I am predicting the investigation will go nowhere. There won't be any indictments much less any convictions. Criticizing the government is as of now still a right and legal.

  11. by HatetheSwamp on January 17, 2026 11:43 am

"Sure, Donald Trump. That's why I am predicting the investigation will go nowhere."

No. No you're not. You predicted, "Their investigation will not result in any charges."

    Charges, BABY!

    Baha

  12. by Curt_Anderson on January 17, 2026 11:57 am
OK, I am on record predicting the charges will never happen in this case. You are apparently predicting a charges will happen. Let's revisit this space in the near future and see who is correct.

  13. by HatetheSwamp on January 17, 2026 12:16 pm

    Curt,

We know that "that feckless dementia-ridden" Doddering Old Fool's DOJ brought charges and engineered civil and criminal charges against Trump all up and down the east coast and that Trump campaigned on returning the favor. What do you think?

  14. by Curt_Anderson on January 17, 2026 12:27 pm
    HtS,
The Biden DOJ has charged Trump two times: the January 6th election interference case and the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case. Both are crimes in which people not named Trump faced or would have faced long prison sentences.

  15. by HatetheSwamp on January 17, 2026 1:32 pm

    Curt,

... if convicted... and, if you say so.

  16. by oldedude on January 17, 2026 10:13 pm
myce- Why? Do you think because I said "look at the Epstein files," does that make me a conspiracy theorist?
No, although you can't see that you can't actually read the full story, that you didn't actually look at the whole thing. That was pretty funny. Rookie move. Especially since you missed an entire piece of it. What's next? Sasquatch? Because what's funny about it, is that it's not even part of the Epstein files. It's a random piece of information, overheard by a fourth person by someone that wanted some money. OR someone that made up the story, was too embarrassed to say it was them and afraid they'd get caught for lying to a federal agent. Any way you put it, you fell for it. Hooker, line, and sinker.

  17. by Indy! on January 18, 2026 12:30 pm

Well, to be fair Odorous - you fall for every lie Fox spews. 😌

  18. by myce on January 18, 2026 9:10 pm
Dude I'm not sure how to respond to all of that except once again you seem defensive. I don't think you would care so much if I was talking about Sasquatch or Nessie. You're mad at me I guess, but it's still an uncanny coincidence that Trump accused people of infanticide during the debate, and there is also a documented accusation in the government website's Epstein library that Trump witnessed infanticide.

  19. by oldedude on January 18, 2026 9:53 pm
So I'm not pissed at you. YOu are still mistaken about the trumpster and infanticide. First, it never happened. two. IF you are pro abortion, you can't be anti infanticide. So make a fucking statement. If it is what you say, it's infanticide ( but you need far mor pieces of the LAW for that. If it is other "intificide"you need more proof than that.

My point. Muslim belief is to reudce their "women" In our standard of an older girl. in their beliefe, a 14 year old girl can be "married." Am I correct in saying that a a pre pubescent woman be married at that age in YOUR thought?

  20. by myce on January 19, 2026 6:25 am
MAGAs always accuse others of doing what they themselves do. I think that's why Trump accused his opponents of infanticide. That's also why you're talking out of the blue about Muslims marrying little girls. Gross

  21. by HatetheSwamp on January 19, 2026 6:44 am

    myce,

"MAGAs always accuse others of doing what they themselves do."

Just curious. How do you define MAGAs? po uses the term in the same way KKK members speak of n!ggers. I'm beginning to pick that up from you, too. So, who's a MAGA?

  22. by myce on January 19, 2026 6:56 am
    Trump and his supporters.

  23. by HatetheSwamp on January 19, 2026 7:20 am

Just curious,... because I had left SS years ago and returned to defend the people of MAGA because pret'near everyone here was spewing MAGAhate like good Nazis do against Jews...

I know oodles of MAGAs. They are devoted mommies and daddies and nannas and pappaps and soft ball coaches and PTA officers who pay taxes on time and work at the same job for decades.

How many MAGAs do you actually know? I don't know a single one who fits your HATEimage.

  24. by Indy! on January 19, 2026 8:32 am

There is no such thing as "pro-abortion".

  25. by meagain on January 19, 2026 11:45 am
"IF you are pro abortion, you can't be anti infanticide. "

Infanticide is the killing of a live child within a year of its birth. Not an equivalent of abortion.

  26. by Indy! on January 19, 2026 11:46 am

GOP and medical issues are like the GOP and math... they don't mix.

  27. by myce on January 19, 2026 6:09 pm
HatetheSwamp, the Lord of Mercy will forgive MAGA as he forgave his executioners, but I am not holy.

  28. by oldedude on January 19, 2026 7:13 pm
myce- MAGAs always accuse others of doing what they themselves do. I think that's why Trump accused his opponents of infanticide. That's also why you're talking out of the blue about Muslims marrying little girls. Gross
It really is beyond me how sheltered you really are about things you believe. In the Islamic culture, 1. a male is circumfixed at the age of about 12. He is then considered "an adult." This has a lot to do with why there are 12-year- olds in their militias. While those that don't know anything about the culture, call them "children" and don't understand they would be killed as "terrorists." It doesn't make sense. FIRST, they're just 12. A. terrorists are supported by the left. and B. They are carrying guns, explosives, RPGs, etc.[1]

    2. A female is roughly the same, and is based on their cycles. Al Qur'an states, "And those of your women as have passed the age of monthly courses, for them the ‘Iddah (prescribed period), if you have doubts (about their periods), is three months, and for those who have no courses ((i.e. they are still immature)…”
    [at-Talaq 65:4]Underline

Many "marriages" are arranged and sanctioned through deals done within the culture. Once she is a "woman" (again, about the age of 12). The "bride" may be sent to the charge of the grooms mother "to teach her the ways the bride is 'expected' to serve the husband'" For most brides, this is a period of being slapped, beaten, and dealt with corporal punishment. The bride and the groom do not see each other for this time, which may be until the mother of the groom feels she is "good enough" for her son, which may be 4-6 years. Also of note. If the boy wishes to suckle off of his mother until the circumcision, that is usually allowed, especially for first sons. Oviously, it isn't the mother that carrys the milk, and does not establish the Mahram relationship (it's a legal term for one to call the child their sibling). Also. Gross.[1][2]

wrongagain- Sorry that your cut and paste of the libturd version of "AI." In this case (as in all cases citing exact definitions and legal standards IS CORRECT). Although you drew from the wrong version of the term, and not our LEGAL TERM, according to our laws. In this case, the legal term was extremely relevant.

wrongagain- Infanticide is the killing of a live child within a year of its birth. Not an equivalent of abortion.

    18 U.S. Code § 1841 - Protection of unborn children

    (a)
(1)Whoever engages in conduct that violates any of the provisions of law listed in subsection (b) and thereby causes the death of, or bodily injury (as defined in section 1365) to, a child, who is in utero at the time the conduct takes place, is guilty of a separate offense under this section.
    (2)
(A)Except as otherwise provided in this paragraph, the punishment for that separate offense is the same as the punishment provided under Federal law for that conduct had that injury or death occurred to the unborn child’s mother.
(B)An offense under this section does not require proof that—
(i)the person engaging in the conduct had knowledge or should have had knowledge that the victim of the underlying offense was pregnant; or
(ii)the defendant intended to cause the death of, or bodily injury to, the unborn child.

From a Wikipedia on child marriage in the US,
Unchained At Last found that the ten states with the highest rate of child marriage per capita between 2000 and 2021 were:

    Nevada
    Idaho
    Utah
    Kentucky
    Wyoming
    West Virginia
    Alabama
    Mississippi
    Tennessee
    Texas

Aren't those mostly MAGA states? Was your wife underage when you married her, OldeDude?

concha and dysfunctional incel, you are smaller than your fucking name and a leach on society at best. Just so you can shut the fuck up and crawl back with your mommie and daddy that hate you. I have always married within 1 year of me. My wife is 10 months younger than me. I am 70. We both have Master's degrees. She was a teacher then a principal for high risk youth before she retired. I was a tier one operator for 32 years in the military. I have a double major in my BA, and two master's degrees. One in international terrorism, the other in Biasness Management (LOTS of psychology in both of them, one on the light side,, one on the dark side you've never seen). So if you want to come play, incel. Lets do it. I did that to concha, and all it does is be a whiney little bitch about it. I offered to play dozen's with him. He's too much of a mommies (yes, I think it's multiple, because he also has too many daddies he gets his milk from. Trust me, I'll go down that rabbit hole more than you've ever imagined. You think the true "evil" is you? I've witnessed the real shit. And I will drag you down there and it's not concha's "fantasy" (like him making up stories and lying about me).

  32. by myce on January 20, 2026 2:43 am
Are you threatening us that you're going to go deeper into the rabbit hole than you already have, Dude? When one is in survival mode, "non-essential" brain functions can shut down. That includes time keeping, self-awareness, and higher cognition. I hope you can get help for- whatever malaise you're suffering from.

  33. by oldedude on January 20, 2026 5:38 am
I'm saying I can. And it's a game. I tried to warn concha, and it didn't listen. Like I said if you want to play, I'll respond. If you want to discuss. That's what I appreciate. When you throw bullshit out. Then it's all fair.

There is over $18MIL they have traced that is gone.So far, TSA has been raking $1MIL/day out of the airport. Contrary to the libturds, this in in carry on, and stowed luggage the owners "knew nothing about, which is pretty interesting. I know most of you are rich and have tons of money you wouldn't miss, but if I had a couple of thousand dollars I'd make sure to have a card for it. Of course, that's traceable. Which is an issue if you're laundering it. Of course if you get caught with it, you're name's on it anyhow.

Libs have been talking all the time this is just plain racism. If the russians are taking it, they launder it through restaurants, gold companies, casinos, and a whole bunch of other stuff. The issue is that everyone in that stage normally gets a 10% commission. So the more hands it touches, the payments get smaller. A million a month isn't too shabby though, and that's what TSA is finding. And then you get hands here that start in the "child care" places that don't have kids. That's a pretty good con too. The government gives you money for nothing and the checks for free.

History tells us there will be runners (folks at the airports), folks giving out that money (maybe divested into the "child care centers" and the like, auditors that arrange the money to the receiver, and a small group that runs them on this end. With these folks, there are folks that are receivers here so the police don't get involved. Sometimes they are the police, and usually it's politicians involved. What they're looking for now are the politicians and the cash. No huge issue, just trying to grasp the amounts, etc. regarding tampon and frey, they're running through their doner lists. First off. The initial investigation isn't much. The code for federal elections are confusing at best. I would expect if they were just this first level in the FEC violations, That's a great sign for these two. A fine and a walk and a promise you have to clean up the problems.

The issue is if the FEC and the Federal District attorney start a case. This is usually very big money tied to (perhaps) several politicians. As usual, I'm waiting and staying at the 35,000' level for a bit.
