I humbly offer my solution to the problem of unvaccinated healthcare workers

Here in southern Oregon a local hospital group, Asante, reports that 81 out of approximately 1000 nurses refuse to be vaccinated with the covid vaccine. This is happening all across the country in which a minority of healthcare workers refuse vaccinations even though their jobs are on the line.
Here is my win-win solution to the problem of unvaccinated healthcare workers: set up wards for all unvaccinated patients including especially unvaccinated covid patients to be staffed exclusively by the unvaccinated healthcare workers.
These wards would be physically separated within the hospitals from vaccinated patients, vaccinated healthcare workers and all other hospital activity. There should be special exits and entrances for unvaccinated patients and unvaccinated employees.
