If President Mump decides not to obey court orders, the court's recourse would be to send Federal Marshals to force compliance and arrest Elon Musk if necessary.
The problem is that in order to send out Federal Marshals, the court has to go thtough the DOJ, which is controlled by President Mump.
So it's pretty clear that that's never going to happen. So we'll have no recourse to stop Mump's illegal and unconstitutional power grab.
All dictators, from Maduro to Putin, rig elections so that it's impossible to vote them out of office. There should be no doubts that Mump will try to do that.
George sees this as the end of our democratic republic. I think he could be right, but at this juncture, I'm not predicting that.
Every American who loves democracy should get involved with political activism. We'll have to do a lot more than complain to save America.
