Forever and for all time, he is a convicted felon.
He got everything a convicted felon would get but a prison sentence. He's a convicted felon who, by consideration of his upcoming position, was not sentenced to actual prison time.
He is in all other ways a 34-count convicted felon.
He will of course declare himself to have been totally vindicated.
