Joe and Mika visited Mar-a-Lago! They are planning to chat with Trump on-air in the near future.

Joe really did compare him to Hitler not long before the election.

There is also a body of opinion that says it cannot be decided by Courts and that Congress would decide. It has to be approved by both the House and Senate and then 3/4s of the states would have to approve it. The other way is for 2/3s of the states to call for a Constitutional Convention and propose it there, then it goes to Congress and then back to the states where 3/4s of the states would have to approve it. Our Constitution is (thankfully) very hard to change.
