'Masterful shapeshifter and Political Chameleon' Walz gets pointed message from Minnesota voters at state fair booth

This coming from those who know him best...
With about 2 million visitors this year, one of the most popular booths with lines longer than the food venues is the "Never Walz" booth! Our "supporters spin the wheel for a chance at a free T-shirt and a ‘Never Walz’ fan. We're a nonprofit organization that promotes liberty by exposing the RINOs and Leftists when they betray liberty, and we work to mobilize our grassroots army of supporters and train them on how to wield their individual political power as effectively as possible," Action 4 Liberty leader and former Republican Minnesota state Rep. Erik Mortensen said. Mortensen, who served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 2021 to last year, is on Action 4 Liberty’s leadership team and explained that the grassroots group has long been spotlighting how Walz has "destroyed our state."

"Action 4 Liberty has been leading the effort in MN for years in exposing Gov. Walz’s thirst for power. In 2021, our state fair booth was themed ‘Never Again’ referring to Walz' unconstitutional lockdowns, mask mandates and vaccine mandates. The booth was used to promote my ‘Never Again’ bill that would remove the governor's ability to unilaterally declare an emergency and anoint himself the ‘King of MN.’ We Minnesotans know Walz best. He pretends to be some folksy Midwesterner, but he's a thin-skinned, power-drunk tyrant that has destroyed our state and has repeatedly violated Minnesotan's liberties,"

A worse Veep pick than Dan Quayle. I'm tellin ya!

  2. by oldedude on August 27, 2024 5:22 am
In that last paragraph, it reminded me why "operations manuals" are so big. It's because morons tried these things and got sued by others, so they have to tell other morons not to do it.

And people respond to over-reach by the government. I know that isn't reality for anyone but you and me, but Americans are not fond of the government doing unproven or disproven things that affect their personal lives.

  3. by Curt_Anderson on August 27, 2024 8:33 am
    OD,
You didn’t explain the context. State fairs are part agricultural event, part carnival grifters. The attendees are mostly slack-jawed yokels. Throw in free tee-shirts and you got yourself a popular booth!

  4. by oldedude on August 27, 2024 8:47 am
The attendees are mostly slack-jawed yokels

I guess coming from the elitist pricks, I would expect to hear that farmers and ranchers are "slack-jawed yokels" and nothing more. Absolutely no surprise there. The agricultural community that is barely scraping by right now, thank you for your "support" (Only the second time I've EVER used that emoji since I've been on this site. If that tells you anything)

Most Americans see a compassionate, patriotic American with impeccable family values in Tim Walz, and see through MAGAmerika's lame and desperate attempts to cast him as some sort of monster.

  6. by Indy! on August 27, 2024 9:57 am

Another lesson in the use of BOLD text for those that need it...

Republican Minnesota state Rep. Erik Mortensen

I give the guy credit for coming up with a way to market his "Never Walz" shirts. It's free advertising whereas if he just handed them out (like he probably originally planned) - nobody would have ever heard of his little project except the slack-jawed yokels (read: Republicans) picking up a free one at the MN county fair.

  7. by oldedude on August 27, 2024 11:12 am
Again, the voices of the true elitist pricks.

  8. by Indy! on August 27, 2024 1:23 pm

Yes, because you and your pals at Fox have never once made fun of the "Dims". 🙄

  9. by HatetheSwamp on August 27, 2024 1:58 pm

Most Americans see a compassionate, patriotic American with impeccable family values in Tim Walz, and see through MAGAmerika's lame and desperate attempts to cast him as some monster.

More accurately,... low information voters see a compassionate, patriotic American with impeccable family values in Tim Walz, and see through MAGAmerika's lame and desperate attempts to cast him as some monster.

I think he's a reasonably good guy who, mostly likely, knows he's a pu$$y and tells porkie pies to cover up the shortcomings he knows are inside.

He's patriotic enuff to be the Secretary of your local American Legion Post,... but not honest enuff to be the Treasurer.

Donna, half the country doesn't. The people of MN, also having compassionate, patriotic American with impeccable family values see him as some sort of monster. The guy that kept them locked down during covid. That wants to keep schools from telling parents information they have a legal right to know. "Family values" are those letting parents decide according to their morals, standards, and core beliefs, what is best for their child. Not the overreach of the state.

Walz kept the strip clubs open, but closed the churches. Kept the weed and booze shops open but again, closed the churches and small businesses.

He used the "COVID Hotline" to rat out your neighbors, the same tactic the Gestapo did rooting out Jews. Instead of gas chambers, violations carried penalties of up to a $1,000 fine or 90 days in jail. Think about that. You violated a COVID curfew because you were in contact with others. So they put you in jail?🙄 As of two weeks ago, Walz insisted in a recent interview that "one person's socialism is another person's neighborliness"; denouncing one's neighbors as insufficiently loyal to government policies is a fundamental aspect of socialism, however.

In addition to all of this, people moved from his state just so they could work. Especially those hourly folks that needed every paycheck every week just to have a place to live and food for their family. Small businesses were crushed under his totalitarian rule.

And I'm not going to fully talk about the small businesses that were burned to the ground during the summer of love riots. And afterward, Walz did very, very little to help the small businesses. So he just turned his back on them and shit on them. THAT is NOT the action of ANYONE with ANY family values whatsoever.

"He used the "COVID Hotline" to rat out your neighbors, the same tactic the Gestapo did rooting out Jews."

    OD,

Remember what we argued about here during Covid? TT is as Big Brother as any politician in the United States.

He's perfect for po and Donna and Curt Democrats. But pb, but pb rights aren't absolute!

  12. by Indy! on August 27, 2024 2:46 pm

    Source on Walz "closing" churches?

"As of two weeks ago, Walz insisted in a recent interview that "one person's socialism is another person's neighborliness"; denouncing one's neighbors as insufficiently loyal to government policies is a fundamental aspect of socialism, however."

Funny I don't remember that part in the Socialist Manifesto.

  13. by oldedude on August 27, 2024 2:54 pm
That's the one you were "supposed" to read. And didn't. I would have phrased it differently. It's what the Nazi's did to collect jews for the chambers. All you good little germans would follow that instruction, so...And I did put that in another post, but that was the quote, so...

  14. by Indy! on August 27, 2024 3:06 pm

So - iow - Queenie has nothing again. As usual.

Like I've said several times. I'll argue one side that absolutely hates his decisions. Although it's 50% of Americans, it's just the two of us here that do not like the intrusion of Big Brother into the lives of people. The others want Big Brother telling them what to do because they're not secure in themselves to make a friggin decision they trust.

I do kind of find that funny. Earlier, it was the LGBTQ+ community (back then it was just forming as the LGB community) that were the libertarians in the US that were saying the government doesn't have a "right" to judge us what we do in our house. This is when they were just figuring out the Miranda decision. I thought to myself then, "there's a lot of truth in that." I'm saying it now, and they're being the big brother folks. Mymymy... how things have changed. Either that, or it's "mymymy.... how much I take for granted..." Kinda like Brittney Griner... I think she really found out. And that's something I wouldn't wish on anyone.

  16. by Indy! on August 27, 2024 4:24 pm

Must be killing you two that the veep is not in charge of anything outside of funerals Kamala doesn't want to attend, eh Queenie? 😂

  17. by oldedude on August 27, 2024 5:47 pm
Whomever they are, are the formal succession to the President of the US, so yes, they do more than what kammy did, and much more than KK will do.

  18. by Indy! on August 27, 2024 6:23 pm

You got zero idea what Kamala did.

  19. by oldedude on August 27, 2024 7:25 pm
I've actually done research on her. And I only go by what she has said. Anything more is bullshit.
I only know that you can't tell the truth. so there's that. you're a liar and a poser. You have no life other than mommy and daddies.

  20. by Indy! on August 27, 2024 7:31 pm

    "Research" = Fox News 😆

  21. by oldedude on August 27, 2024 7:35 pm
nope; global media. So fuck you little bitch.

  22. by Indy! on August 27, 2024 7:39 pm

    Fox is "global media", queenie.

  23. by oldedude on August 27, 2024 8:11 pm
As usual, you never answer questions, little bitch. and actually you're not worth that. You're less than a cuck that is fulfilled by being under hid "daddies" skirts smelling his farts and cum. ;obrt

  24. by Indy! on August 27, 2024 8:44 pm

Sorry, I didn't realize "So fuck you little bitch" was a question. Maybe use a question mark next time? 🤔

  25. by oldedude on August 28, 2024 6:52 am
    Fox is "global media", queenie.
Murdoch's empire isn't even in the top ten, jussayin, and it's very domestically centered. So I get mine from the international versions of BBC (for example), a couple of other european (generally the Germans, but it varies), aJ international, asian (Japanese or ROK), and randomly, I look up what the Chinese and russians are up to with theirs. That's on my daily reads.

  26. by Indy! on August 28, 2024 10:37 am

Ahhh... of course you're getting your marching orders from China and Russia. Surprised you were so quick to admit it.

  27. by Indy! on August 28, 2024 10:41 am

And there are many others that circulate much more. As usual, you're arguing over stupid things that mean nothing. But I'm sure it's the only argument you have against me.

I gave you the sources I have in my dailies. I'm sure yours include Marvel, telenovelas, and spice.

  29. by Indy! on August 28, 2024 4:38 pm

I've seen all the Marvel movies, but never really got into the comic books, Old Dud.

  30. by Indy! on August 28, 2024 4:39 pm

What is "spice"? I like cinnamon on toast once in awhile - does that count?

  31. by oldedude on August 28, 2024 5:32 pm
It's either a channel on cable, or a synthetic drug that's illegal in most states because of deaths. Take your pick.

  32. by Indy! on August 28, 2024 6:52 pm

I don't do illegal drugs now that Florida has legalized marijuana.
