I've been thinking about writing a post along these lines for a couple of weeks.
Megyn Kelly is an important media figure on the right, but she's not a Republican. Trump and she have a difficult past. I try to catch her podcast once or twice a week because the podcast draws important and influential thinkers on the right.
The linked video is about six minutes of content. As this political season began, Kelly didn't support Trump. My guess is that she might have been enthusiastic to vote for Ron DeSantis. Certainly not Trump.
She really does say that she will walk over broken glass to vote for Trump. The courage and character Trump displayed in the assassination attempt, I'm guessing, sealed that deal.
When I was thinking about writing this sort of post, before yesterday, it was because Guy Benson, also known as that gay Guy Curt never heard of, who's an increasingly influential conservative but who really, really, very definitely, dislikes Trump had already become brazen in his enthusiasm for the 024 Trump candidacy,... mostly due to the ridiculousness of the lawfare, but also because of the shameless way the Dem smoke-filled room and Biden string-pullers attempted to shield Biden's cognitive decline from America.
I'll just say this: there's a groundswell of rabid enthusiasm on the right for the election of Donald Trump. And, it's building.
