pb's been spot on in the legal analysis he's offered on SS and his predictions have been eerily accurate. That's fact. It's indisputable.
As far as the law, apart from some grad school course work in the study of the religion clauses of the First Amendment, pb himself knows nuthin about nuthin about the law. pb does know where to turn for information. Hence, he relies on his Three Legal Goobers: Alan Dershowitz, Jonathan Turley and Andy McCarthy whom pb's observed offer keen, unbiased analysis of pending legal issues.
There is a fourth source pb consults from time to time, i.e., the Megyn Kelly podcast... when Kelly organizes a legal panel to analyze a particular legal issue. Kelly is an attorney... and knows the legal community well. She has no difficulty in drawing first-rate minds to her podcast.
Anyway,...
...frequent guests on the podcast are Dave Anonberg and Mike Davis, two very sharp guys who are friends and who rarely agree but whose discussions, guided by Kelly, have provided brilliant insight that matches the quality of pb's Legal Goobers.
Today, 4/4, they discussed what Judge Aileen Cannon is doing in the Trump Documents Case...
... and why Jack Smith is royally pi$$ed.
po, if you are still reading this, double medicate yourself before you watch the video.
Bottom line. Jack Smith MAY be able to appeal what the Judge appears to be setting up, but, best case, it's now unlikely that Smith will be able to get this case to trial in time to use these charges for the purpose of election interference.
Also, Mike Davis makes the case for why Trump should be able to skate on the whole documents thing.
