Comer and Jordan are giving Garland until April 8 to produce audio recordings of Biden interviews in classified records case

"The Department continues to withhold additional material responsive to the Committees’ subpoenas — specifically the audio recordings of Special Counsel Hur’s interviews with President Biden and the transcript and audio recordings of Special Counsel Hur’s interviews with Mr. Zwonitzer,... The February 27 subpoenas create a legal obligation on you to produce this material."

This will, no doubt, end up before the same Court that forced the anti-democracy fascists in blue states e.g., Colorado and Maine and Illinois to allow Republicans to vote for Trump in their own Primary elections.

by oldedude on March 25, 2024 2:41 pm Yeah... For someone who wanted on SCOTUS, Garland has sure shown that he's definitely unfit for that position. Hiding evidence at his level shows he can't be trusted on any level and he's nothing more than a pedojoe lapdog willing to protect his master at any turn. Exactly opposite of what the office is expected to do. And you wonder why DOJ has produced such calamities over the past few years. Things curt fully approves of. Not divulging evidence in cases (which both sides are required to in every case), using FISA courts as his own judge, jury, and executioner. using the PATRIOT Act to follow parents and harass them for speaking up at school board meetings. etcetcetc. I know curt has said that he approves all of these. And more. It doesn't matter if they're illegal, or misuse, or anything else unlawful in the constitution. He still supports it. Of course, he won't support the guy whose daughter is raped (a couple of times) by the same guy in school. He did support the school board who knew about the incidences and wouldn't do anything to the boy. It's a good thing our courts have a better sense of right and wrong, along with the people of the area. Go To Top
