The speech starts at about 4:20 on the video.

She didn't endorse Trump. Defied him on Ukraine. Declared he ain't a conservative...

...and, he ain't.

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome.

In a statement on X, Rep. Dean Phillips endorsed Biden.

"To all who supported my effort, thank you. We will continue the important work to ensure a more responsive, democratic, and generationally diverse political system," he said. "But today, in light of the stark reality we face, I ask you join me in mobilizing, energizing, and doing everything you can to help keep a man of decency and integrity in the White House. That's Joe Biden."

His failed candidacy illustrated that voting Democrats apparently were really not wanting a younger Biden alternative. The same can be said on the Republican side. After all that talk from pollsters and punditocracy that Americans didn't want a Biden/Trump rematch, it turns out they really do.

Curt, it's clear now that Haley is just another Republican opportunist. It was only important to her to defeat Trump when she was running against him. She'll end up encouraging her followers to support him in a stronger way than she is right now.

The real pity for the Republican Trump Party is that she would have had a much better chance of beating Biden in the General than Trump will.

As it stands now, Biden will win in a landslide against Trump. As I have been predicting for some time now.

(My possibly misplaced faith in the intelligence of humanity forces me to that conclusion. My possibly misplaced faith in a majority of Americans wanting to keep America a free and democratic nation with a working Constitution forces me to that conclusion. And I make no apologies for it.)

    Youdabomb, po.

Give us Electoral College numbers. The ONE won 365-173 in 08. Bigger than that?

    LOL on this one...

His failed candidacy illustrated that voting Democrats apparently were really not wanting a younger Biden alternative.

Yes - right. The don't want a "younger Biden alternative" - they don't want anything LIKE Biden.

The same can be said on the Republican side. After all that talk from pollsters and punditocracy that Americans didn't want a Biden/Trump rematch, it turns out they really do.

Again - hilarious for all the wrong reasons. Nobody wants a Biden/Trump showdown (the polls could not be clearer on this) - we want two totally different candidates who are actually going to do something for Americans.
