Joe, of course, is a mindless fool who thinks he "used to drive an 18 wheeler."

But, Joe's handlers had him assure the world that it's unlikely that what happened in only a few days in Afghanistan would never happen.

Joe's not to blame. He's a victim of elder abuse by the people who set him up to be their empty suit to gain control of DC.

Joe's not to blame but, if you voted for him, you are. You had to know that Joe's brain is shot and you didn't care. You set up the Afghan disaster.

Over the years, I have come to feel a connection with those of you who are regulars here. I've enjoyed jousting with you over a myriad of issue.

But, putting Joe and his handlers in charge of our foreign policy in a dangerous world. That was ugly. It was irresponsible.

If you voted for Joe, I hope you are tortured by nightmares of translators who worked with Westerners who are being beheaded and of the women who are being burned alive or "given" as sex slaves to Taliban warriors.

Ok, I'll accept my responsibility for what is happening in Afghanistan.

However, I expect a very big thank you from you for my part in ending a war that over twenty years cost $2 trillion and resulted in 241,000 casualties including 2,400 members of our military plus many more physically injured and psychologically damaged.

    You're welcome.

    Curt,

You and I have agreed about parts of this but I didn't support the withdrawal of our troops in Afghanistan any more than I think they should be removed from Germany nor Japan nor South Korea. My unease goes back to the days of Trump.

For myself, I accept your apology for electing Joe as far as the horrors of Afghanistan is concerned. I'll stop hoping that you're totured by nightmares but the mothers of 15, 16, and 17 year old girls who've been abducted by Taliban warriors to be their sex slaves probably won't be as tolerant. I have no power over them.

You much preferred the safety, wisdom, and peace of Trump being in charge of foreign policy...?

I'll ask again in the hope that you will answer at least one of the times I ask:

What should Biden have done differently when pulling our troops out of Afghanistan...?

(So you have to type in html code manually? How nostalgic!).

    (And THE SAME WITH EMOJIS???)
