I think it's much more likely that the blood vessels in his brain are starting to fail. My maternal grandfather died in a nursing home when he was in his early 80s after a series of mini strokes. Yeah, absolutely he should retire. So should Dianne Feinstein. by Indy! on August 30, 2023 2:12 pm Ironically synchronistic that he had it happen on a question about whether or not he was going to run for re-election. We need to have a serious question about an age restriction on serving in a public office of any kind. Everybody else is "retired" before they get this far unless it's their own business or something - plenty of people are pushed out of their jobs in their 50s. These are public servants we all depend on to look out for our best interests and they serve until they can't even answer a question. We know they're just sock puppets for their corporate masters when they HAVE a functioning brain - but people like McConnell, Pelosi, Feinstein and Biden are literally just bad actors in a horrible play at this point.
