That apparently means hairsplitting and being the devil's advocate. The point being that taking the opposing side and looking at an issue from all sides gets one closer to the truth. Dershowitz is a contrarian who relishes in making the unpopular case. Goober said two things interesting to pb. 1. The charges appear to be a realistic threat to Trump. Interestingly, goober Dershowitz disagrees. 2. The Georgia Attorney General doesn't seem to be up to this challenge. His word for her is "amateurish." There is no reason to think he supports Joe Biden. Given Trump's recent trashing of Weiss, I suspect he lost Weiss's support. There is no reason to think Weiss is corrupt.
