Aww gee whiz! Now Pence is Woke too!

Pence might not be the smartest one out there, but I think he at least knows he blew his political career by standing behind Trump and backing him all the way to the Presidency (just like our Maga cultists here). And like them he now has to try and convince people that he was never a Trump supporter.

It's comical watching them all squirm !!! 🤣

  3. by HatetheSwamp on August 3, 2023 3:37 am

Pence blew his political career in that Tucker interview a few weeks ago. But, Rachel didn't report that. Got it.

I haven't said much the last few days. It seems everyone is entrenched on "knowing" the results of these latest charges. I'm refusing to get into this and waiting for the results, which is going to take years. Whomever loses will litigate this to SCOTUS. That much is known. Moving on.

I find your title very interesting. You continually support the illegal use of fictional emails and "evidence" to support your hatred (Steele dossier). This was used to violate the rights of citizens repeatedly and was paid for by the opposition party in an anti-campaign global lie. Sound familiar? Although you continue to say either "nothing happened" or just not respond, it created dishonest beliefs sheeple STILL regard as true. We can break this down easily.

18 U.S.C.§371 (Conspiracy to Defraud the United States) DOJ/ FBI used the dossier to obtain several search warrants and swore an oath the information was true.

18 U.S.C.§1512(k) (Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding) ibid

18 U.S.C.§§1512(c)(2),2 (Obstruction of and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding) DOJ/ FBI lied to the courts on sworn documents and intentionally and with malice to gain unlawful information on a person of the opposition party

18 U.S.C.§241 (Conspiracy Against Rights) DOJ/ FBI used this information to prevent a person of the opposition party in an election. DOJ/ FBI also used this information to defraud the American people and global leaders.

So I'm just calling this BS.

I love how MAGA Hats think that the Steele dossier was the only evidence presented in the Muller report. There was far more in that report that Barr, acting under direct orders from the Orange Godfather, totally ignored. There were ten indictable crimes that Muller included along with evidence mentioned (having nothing to do with the Steele dossier) that Trump committed and Muller reported on in the report that Barr never gave the time of day. Barr flat-out lied about there being nothing illegal in the report so as to protect Trump.

Hey, knock yourself out. You aren't going to be sitting in the jury box and your ignorant opinion on the merits of this upcoming trial is meaningless. Thank God. You aren't the one that needs to be convinced beyond a reasonable doubt.

And Bill... I don't understand why you would expect Rachel to cover every single topic of news that occurred in the previous week in her one hour per week show. There's a lot of flaming bullshit that is presented on Fox or whatever you listen to that no other media sites cover because it's flaming bullshit.

But just for shits-n-giggles, tell me what Pence said to Tucky that you think "blew" his career and I'll explain to you why you are wrong. I mean... Pence already destroyed his political career years ago.

I love how MAGA Hats think that the Steele dossier was the only evidence presented in the Muller report.

Who mentioned the Muller report? I was strictly talking about the KNOWN violations of the law the DOJ/FBI has admitted to (and for the most part apologized to) after scathing reports by the FISA judges, and evidence I've references numerous times. The FBI offered Steal $1,00,000 to prove what he said was true. They never had to pay.

Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee have agreed to pay $113,000 to settle a Federal Election Commission investigation into whether they violated campaign finance law by misreporting spending on research that eventually became the infamous Steele dossier.

The FISA court violations are perhaps the worst of them all. Using the Terrorist Act (PATRIOT) to spy on political opponents illegally is beyond reprehension.

A Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) judge published an unusual and harsh rebuke of the FBI over its handling of wiretap applications and demanded that the bureau respond to the court by next month with a plan to ensure that the information in its surveillance applications is true and reliable.

"The frequency with which representations made by FBI personnel turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession, and with which they withheld information detrimental to their case, calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable," Judge Rosemary Collyer wrote in an order published Tuesday.

The worst part is that after that letter, the FISA has found violations of Section 702, coming from a US senator, state senator, and state judge.

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) released an opinion Friday that said a U.S. senator and a state senator were queried under FISA Section 702 in June 2022, and a state judge was queried in October 2022 — and said these examples demonstrate a "failure" to follow FBI policy.

The violation was revealed in the FISC's 2023 opinion released by the Director of National Intelligence on Friday.

All of these go through the FBI, which they supported. So they haven't learned.

A newly released Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) opinion from April 2023 revealed that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has continued to abuse its access to information collected under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), including by searching for a U.S. Senator, a state senator, and a state court judge who had “complained to [the] FBI about alleged civil rights violations perpetrated by a municipal chief of police.” While the FISC noted that the FBI had made progress reining in its “pattern of conducting broad, suspicionless queries” of information collected under Section 702, it noted that DOJ “can only examine a fraction of total FBI queries” and serious violations may have gone undetected. The opinion, for the first time, approved a new National Security Agency (NSA) “Vetting Process,” through which NSA conducts programmatic—suspicionless—searches of Section 702 data for information about immigrants and other individuals seeking entry to the United States.

You completely lied about what I'm calling bullsht on. Like I said at the beginning, I DGAF about the trials, this won't end for years. So there's that.

My issue is about isle's "insistence" he believes in the Constitution when he (well, the sheeple in general) don't care about violations of the constitution when it helps them.

    Really? For example?

But just for shits-n-giggles, tell me what Pence said to Tucky that you think "blew" his career and I'll explain to you why you are wrong. I mean...

It was a 30+ minute interview but there was a key moment when Pence appeared to say he cares more about Ukraine than the demise of American cities.

It was huuuuuuuuuge news over here.

  9. by Ponderer on August 3, 2023 11:37 am

Yeah. I found that part of the interview.

I gotta tell you, Bill. It tickles me to no end to watch Republicans go at each other using their time honored "You didn't build that" tactic of erroneous spin on one of their own for a change.

    Absolutely priceless!!!

[...] when Pence appeared to say [...]" -Hate

Thank you for at least acknowledging that someone can appear to be saying something, even though it's not what they are saying. At least it's good to know that you aren't throwing your entire lot in with the pig-ignorant MAGA Hats who always want to take things however they want to take them, original intent of the speaker be damned.

    👍😉

    po,

The GOP is the home of openness and acceptance and diversity, tolerance, inclusion and...FREETHINKING.

We're always raising a stink with each other. It's par for our course. No locksteppin here! Y'nes should try it.

  11. by oldedude on August 3, 2023 7:42 pm
Actually po, you're in lockstep with all the other sheeple. Tweekie (or whatever her/they/them/it identifies as. As well as rachael. If you notice, lead and I frequently disagree with each other and neither of us curses at the other.

This issue isn't us. Think about that.
