This was used to violate the rights of citizens repeatedly and was paid for by the opposition party in an anti-campaign global lie. Sound familiar? We can break this down easily. 18 U.S.C.§371 (Conspiracy to Defraud the United States) DOJ/ FBI used the dossier to obtain several search warrants and swore an oath the information was true. 18 U.S.C.§1512(k) (Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding) ibid 18 U.S.C.§§1512(c)(2),2 (Obstruction of and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding) DOJ/ FBI lied to the courts on sworn documents and intentionally and with malice to gain unlawful information on a person of the opposition party 18 U.S.C.§241 (Conspiracy Against Rights) DOJ/ FBI used this information to prevent a person of the opposition party in an election. DOJ/ FBI also used this information to defraud the American people and global leaders.
