I watched a nice-sized chunk of the proceedings. There were some nice moments for the GOPs, many cringeworthy moments for Dem members of the Committee, serious reason for Merrick Garland to think he'll be impeached by the end of 023, worries for "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap"...if his brain is still capable of worry...
...and, the crowning of those two whistle-blowers as courageous American heroes.
Did you see several Dem members of the Committee use their time, not to deal with Hunter or Garland but to DECRY THE REAL TWO TIERED JUSTICE SYSTEM IN AMERICA directed against people of color...
...on a day when whistle-blowers were describing the special treatment received by a rich white guy by the Swamp Department of Justice!!!!!?

...yesterday, two small potatoes by DC standards, told a story of the many ways the rich white guy son of a powerful politician was treated like a king.
What an, as po'd say, effin amazing first step.
There were many amazing moments for the GOPs yesterday. The video I've linked is of a guy who wasn't present in the hearing...but who's the guy who's pulling all the GOP strings...
...who's signaling that much more to come.
