This is a thing of exquisite beauty...

Back in 2021, Lindell offered to give $5,000,000 to any attendee of his exclusive cyber symposium who could prove the cyber evidence about the rigging of the 2020 election he was going to present wasn't valid. A Trump voter computer expert who attended the symposium, who was hoping to see real valid evidence and was sadly disappointed in what he saw, proved it was utter gibberish and didn't even have anything to do with the 2020 election. Lindell wouldn't pay up at the symposium and it went to arbitration.

ENJOY...!

Washington CNN —

My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell has been ordered to shell out $5 million to an expert who debunked his data related to the 2020 election, according to a decision by the arbitration panel obtained by CNN.

Lindell, a purveyor of election conspiracies, vowed to award the multimillion-dollar sum to any cyber security expert who could disprove his data. An arbitration panel awarded Robert Zeidman, who has decades in software development experience, a $5 million payout on Wednesday after he sued Lindell over the sum.

CNN has obtained arbitration documents and video depositions, including a deposition of Lindell, related to the dispute.

“Based on the foregoing analysis, Mr. Zeidman performed under the contract,” the arbitration panel wrote in its decision. “He proved the data Lindell LLC provided, and represented reflected information from the November 2020 election, unequivocally did not reflect November 2020 election data. Failure to pay Mr. Zeidman the $5 million prized was a breach of the contract, entitling him to recover.”

The decision marks yet another blow to the MyPillow CEO’s credibility after he publicly touted unproven claims of widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Lindell has also faced defamation suits related to his election claims.

“The lawsuit and verdict mark another important moment in the ongoing proof that the 2020 election was legal and valid, and the role of cybersecurity in ensuring that integrity,” said Brian Glasser, founder of Bailey & Glasser, LLP, who represented Zeidman. “Lindell’s claim to have 2020 election data has been definitively disproved.”

    Dingbat

  4. by Ponderer on April 20, 2023 3:07 pm

He certainly is, Bill. And that dingbat had Trump's ear. He was a valuable asset to Trump's coup attempt.

  5. by Ponderer on April 20, 2023 3:14 pm

By the way, Bill. Are you keeping track at all as every single shred of blithering nonsense that you took to base your assertion that Trump was cheated out of the presidency on has been blown out of the water as the lying bullshit that it always was...?

'Cuz you and the "Stop the Steal Crowd" are soundly and repetitively oh-fer regarding any evidence there supposedly was to support you and them believing Trump's Big Lie.

  6. by Ponderer on April 20, 2023 5:45 pm

The winner, Robert Zeidman, was just interviewed on Chris Hayes show.

He said it took him about 20 minutes to establish quite thoroughly that the data was bogus.

    $5,000,000 for twenty minutes work.

And PillowMan doesn't just lose that. He also lost whatever he paid the scam artist who sold him that hogwash.

And Dominion's case against him hasn't even started yet.

I think the man maybe should be put on suicide watch.

What percentage of Republicans get a clue and finally realize that it was BS when Trump said "frankly I did win" with each of these court decisions, audits and recounts? Soon there will be Smartmatic vs. FOX News, and Dominion vs Lindell, Sydney Powell and Rudy Giuliani plus other cases coming soon. So far Team Reality has won about 75 of these contests to zero for the Trumpers.

(Forbes)The CNN poll, conducted March 8-12 [2023] among 1,045 Republicans and Republican-leaning Independents, found 63% of respondents believe Biden did not legitimately win the 2020 election, while 37% believe he did.

Of that 63%, only 52% say they think there’s “solid evidence” the election was stolen, while 48% say they’re going based on “suspicion only.”

That marks a significant decrease in the share of Republicans believing there’s evidence of fraud: 61% thought there was evidence of fraud in October 2022, the last time the question was asked, which was already down from a high of 75% who said there was proof the election was stolen in January 2021.

Boy. Lucky for Hate that he never needed to ever see any proof to know for a fact that Trump was cheated out of the 2020 election. This shouldn't effect him at all.

    po,

I dunno why you think lying about me adds to the quality of the dialog here on SS.

I have never made the "assertion that Trump was cheated out of the presidency." Never.

Am I so superior to you in our exchanges that lies about me are all you have? For myself, I'm happy to continue to engage you because of the entertainment value in discovering what new form of mendacity [I do love that word.] you'll invent.

To repeat: I join with nearly 50% of likely voters in the belief that there was "significant vote fraud" in the 020 election.

    And, there was.

"I have never made the "assertion that Trump was cheated out of the presidency." Never." -Hate

You may not have used those exact words in that exact order (one of your time honored tactics of denial). True. But I was not quoting you.

But you have upon many occasions over the last couple years asserted that Trump was cheated out of the presidency, that there was tons of election fraud orchestrated by Biden's lackeys in "smoke filled rooms", that it was not statistically possible that Biden actually won the election, etc., etc., etc.

Essentially, you have always swallowed and supported Donald Trump's Big Lie without any qualifications at all. Just face it already: You and all the other MAGA Hats believe he was cheated out of the presidency.

Bill, all you need to do to settle this is to simply answer this question, yes or no:

Was Joe Biden legally elected president in 2020 fair and square or not?

    Simple as that.

  11. by Ponderer on April 21, 2023 8:24 am

"I join with nearly 50% of likely voters in the belief that there was "significant vote fraud" in the 020 election.

    And, there was."
    -Hate

"Significant voter fraud" that neither you nor all the lawyers that 50% of likely voters could ever produce a shred of evidence for even after five dozen court cases.

So why do you believe a demonstrably false thing?

  12. by HatetheSwamp on April 21, 2023 8:31 am

So why do you believe a demonstrably false thing?

That question. Coming from you. Whada hoot!

  13. by Ponderer on April 21, 2023 9:45 am

So you don't know why you believe a demonstrably false thing?

Oh wait. I'm sorry. I forgot how you obfuscate whenever you are presented with a question you have no answer for. Or don't want to admit to the answer for.

    Never mind.

  14. by Ponderer on April 21, 2023 9:46 am

    Oh heck. I'll bite.

So what demonstrably false thing is it that I believe? You don't have to give a full list. One single example will suffice.....

  16. by HatetheSwamp on April 21, 2023 10:23 am

    po,

"That feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" was, most certainly, elected legally.

Honestly?, as I've said many times?, we'll never know.

  17. by Curt_Anderson on April 21, 2023 4:56 pm
    HtS,
If you cannot know that Biden won the last election honestly, fair and square, then you should doubt the legitimacy of at least 13 presidents including the last three Republican presidents. They were all elected by smaller margins than Biden. For the record, there are at least a smattering of illegal votes cast in EVERY election for both the winning and losing candidates. That includes quite a few votes illegally cast for Trump.

Mike Lindell and his "cyber proof" that Trump was the rightful winner reminds me of the tale of the Emperor's New Clothes. Apparently so-called "cyber sleuths" sold Lindell on the idea that the incomprehensible print-out of random data "proved" that Trump won the election. Lindell must have convinced himself that "smart" people like him could understand the data and that it was irrefutable. Trump voters cite Lindell's data as evidence that Trump won.

The difference in these stories is that the little boy who blurted out "the Emperor is naked!" didn't win $5 million.

    Curt,

I don't question the legitimacy of the Biden presidency. That's the difference between us. I said, on the day "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" was immaculated, that Joe Biden is my President. Y'nes questioned, to use your own word, Trump's legitimacy all along. The process laid out by the Constitution and the laws of the land were carried out, with controversy no doubt, but Clouseau was immaculated. He's my President.
