What I know is the Cartels' are not only in Mexico now, but also based in the US. Jalisco especially. This should be scary to those living on the border. I posted a video earlier of a guy that had both arms and legs cut off and he was allowed to wriggle lie a little worm as he died. These are things the cartel wants you to know so you fear them.
