Governor Mike DeWine said that Joe Biden offered him anything they needed. Ohio governor Mike DeWine did not declare the train derailment a disaster, which is what initiates federal funding in a more robust federal reaction to the incident. The EPA was in East Palestine within a few hours after the the derailment by oldedude on February 26, 2023 10:09 am Yes on all of that, and I mentioned both.
