But I thought her response to the State of the Union was wildly off the mark. The GOP has Kari Lake and other election denying crackpots, Lauren Boebert, Marjorie Taylor Greene a cadre of congressional conspiracy nuts and George Santos… and she says the Democrats are crazy! Sarah Huckabee Sanders said that Democrats are making conservatives salute their progressive idols. I have no clue what she’s talking about. Earlier she was trying to make the case for youth. She said at 40 years old she is the youngest governor in the country and that at 80 Joe Biden is the oldest US president. OK I’m with her so far: Joe Biden could drop dead at any time at that age. However, she undermined her own point but talking about how she was recently diagnosed with cancer and is now a cancer survivor. It’s a misnomer to call her speech and others like it a response to the state of the union.
