Right to Life Michigan reported an 83-year-old volunteer from Lake Odessa was shot on Tuesday last week while going door-to-door to talk about Proposal 3, a Nov. 8 ballot question asking voters if they want to enshrine abortion rights into the state constitution.

Big surprise? No arrest yet.

I suspect that most acts of vandalism don't result in arrests. Houck makes no secret of his identity. The shooter of the 83 year-old is unknown. The pattern there is that the suspects that the police can identify get arrested. Unknown suspects don't get arrested. And, they didn't send at least 20 armed agents to arrest a devout Catholic layman at home with his wife and 7 kids. None of that happened. It's all part of that famous, ongoing "vast right wing conspiracy theory." The FBI isn't historically corrupt. There's nuthin to see here. Anywhere. Everything it does is legitimate. Everything it says is true. It's very entertaining, and a hoot. But, it makes the point. THE NATION said if it, "No doubt about it – the best civil liberties mystery of all time." And, guess what? I think he's bought off on the dehumanizing of half of the nation.
