    I'm so glad that I'm not a TDSer, or an Ultra-MAGA. Fighting the pull of emotion and its tendency to destroy rationality, is something I don't struggle with over the raid...but, clearly, isle, your brain is shot over this.

    So is Marcy's.

    NO ONE...ANYWHERE...except for TDSers like Marcy and you...is claiming that Trump engaged in the THEFT of classified documents.

    The only question is whether he has the right, as a former President, to hold them in his possession.

    Please attempt to be sane. You're an old man. We don't want you to have a heart attack or a stroke.

    For those who want to know. In Marcy’s article, she gives some of the questions that a jury will have to decide upon. It’s not a long post but it is very interesting and informative. Even the comments after the post make some very good points.

    Well worth the few minute it takes to read it. 👍

    I've posted a couple of times about Sandy Berger and never gotten a response from any of the sheep. Not even the well-rehearsed response lines.

    This is a guy that stuck classified documents in his socks and down his pants at NARA and left with them. He was tied to both cliton and obomber.

    Oh. yeah. It's legal if you're a sheeple, but not if you're conservative...

    But again, it's precedent...

    It is theft all right. Trump is like any temporary resident such as tenants and hotel guests. They don't get to keep the light fixtures and towels no matter how attached they are to them.

    The presidential records act and applicable laws are quite clear in this point.

    Trump will have his chance in court to make the case that he has a right to the items he absconded with.

    Vindman was a POS that couldn't lead a guide dog out of a wet paper bag. That's why he was an "infantry" "officer" that had only served a partial tour before they put him at a desk where he couldn't kill anyone. I think that's why he's a hero to the sheeple.

    I'm going to bring up (for the fourth time) Sandy Berger. The guy that actually went into the Achieves and put TS in his socks and underwear (ewwww) and stole those documents. Read up on it. The second one is yet another the sheep have always held dear to their hearts. Hill cliton. She leaked thousands of embassy documents classified TS, much to the dismay of many countries. Obama had to clean that one up, but it took him awhile.

    My point to these "whataboutisms" is there is precedent in this case. I know that deflates the sexual fantasies of the TDS'rs, but it's a fact and something that must be looked at before you start thinking you'll get a million years or the death penalty for this.
