As you know, pb thinks the Committee is a farce and that, considering the reality that the US is a Constitutional Republic, the televised hearings are a fiasco.

Fox News used to claim about itself, "We report, you decide."

That's pretty much what the article about yesterday's hearings did. It was pretty "Joe Friday."

Interestingly, I noted that Fox News Channel had a brief segment during the 6:00 EDT show, SPECIAL REPORT. That was also very journalistic.

It was easy for pb to discern, from the fair and balanced reporting, that yesterday's hearing was a sham and embarrassment to our Republic. But, Fox let me figure it out for myself.

By not watching the hearing yesterday??

    Curt,

Fox didn't preach. It highlighted the testimony without endorsing it or condemning it. I'm merely guessing that your sources don't do that.

"Highlighting" is editing. You are only seeing what FOX wants you to see.

I watched the entire hearing live yesterday. I didn't stick around for any punditry afterwards.

You in particular could learn from the witness Stephan Ayres, the ex-cabinet maker who has had his life ruined by listening to and believing Trump.

    Curt,

Did you ever watch Walter Cronkite? Huntley and Brinkley? Tom Brokaw? Peter Jennings?

Bill Hemmer, of Fox, reported on yesterday's hearings in the best tradition of the Golden Age of the Evening News. Straight down the middle. No bias.

    Journalism.

Do you have problems with the effin Evening News, now?
